I truly wish I could give a zero
I truly wish I could give a zero. I placed my order on January 29th. I still have not received it. I emailed customer service multiple times and they give the same response. Total joke. This is clearly a scam company. Stay away!

Quality Product
The family bears are high quality and value. The production time/shipping needs to be a bit faster but outside of that wonderful experience.

Brilliant response
Brilliant response, and sorted out my problem before the ink dried on the letter...so to speak. Can't recommend the company enough, and their products are also a great sentimental keepsake for all sorts of people to enjoy giving, or receiving.

Cute but doesn’t really work as a puzzle
The pieces are so small and fit so tight that I’m afraid to take it apart in fear they might break.
