Terrible company. Ordered from them was super excited but never received the delivery. Told the delivery provider made the delivery I don’t know if they did because I never received. Ear fun not willing to take responsibility.

I had earbuds bought for me by a late relative at Christmas. I contacted them a couple of months ago for assistance as they wouldn't turn on.
They sent me instructions on how to reset them but unfortunately they still didn't work.
They then requested proof of purchase, which I understand, however given they were bought from a late relative I couldn't provide this.
I offered to send them photos of the earbuds and would have even sent them off for repair but they refused to help and stopped answering my calls.
After googling the issue, it seems a common fault that they would usually rectify but given my circumstances they wouldn't help

My EarFun 2 pods have been brilliant- excellent sound and connectivity with lots of other capabilities.
I have a pairing issue with one pod and I contacted EarFun who promptly sent me a new set. Top customer service and cam highly recommend.

I ordered from Amazon Air Fun Pro 3 and what I got is an empty box with only a cable and rubber bands, apparently this alone cost 67£ dirty scammers and thieves and not only that, Amazon's rate will drop because of you.Now I want my money back, but I don't know if you will return it to me or if I will drink cold water.

In our family, we have 7 different Earfun products. I have never had a problem with any of them and they sound incredible for the prices paid.

The only time I ever had a problem (with delivery via Amazon I might add), Earfun customer service were extremely helpful and got the problem sorted as quickly as possible.

Really cheap fast delivery and works really well. All in all, the best headset I've ever owned. For the pirce

I've had 2 pairs of these true wireless earphones.
I'm quite satisfied with the sound quality, but don't expect to keep them for several years, as they're quite fragile.
For the first EarFun Air, after about a year one of the speakers stopped charging because there was no contact between the charging box and the earphone, I tried to repair it but never found out how to do it.... I bought a new pair of EarFun Pro 3, after a few weeks one of them ended up in a puddle while I was jogging and stopped making sound, it's supposed to be IP58 waterproof but don't expect it to survive a few seconds under water... I contacted customer service, and they told me it wasn't covered by the warranty and that they don't sell spare parts, so I have to buy a complete set again... It's a shame, because I was happy with the concept and sound quality, but rather disappointed with the solidity and customer service...
Now I have 2 sets of unusable earphones because one of the 2 earphones no longer charges or has no sound... but the only solution is to buy them again and throw them in the garbage can, no recycling, no standard exchange, no possibility of simply buying back the defective earphone, it makes no sense and is neither ecological nor logical, programmed obsolescence....
It's disappointing because on its website, this brand highlights its awards and values such as Integrity, Excellence, Passion, Respect, but this seems to be just a face and a marketing argument, because in the end, their aim is to get you to buy the products again rather than make them last.

I have bought several pairs for these for myself and my family. I really like the quality of the product but particularly the customer service. I had an issue with one of them not connecting to Bluetooth and they tried to trouble shoot it for me and then when we couldn't solve it sent me a new pair. They replied to every email within 24 hours and I had a replacement set within days. Excellent service

Bought EarFun Wireless Earbuds, Air Pro 3 last year.
Had some initial issues with the sound quality so communicated with the company and they were great.

I had a great experience with customer service. I had an issue on my Air Pro 2, after contacting ting them and trying the different solutions. They proposed to send me replacement. Everything was done very fast, and respectfully. Great customer service

I REALLY wish there was an option for 0 stars because that's what I'd give to this so called "company".

Bought a speaker off Amazon, the Uboom L to be exact, got it delivered and wasn't happy with my purchase, tried my best to send it back and finally after about 6 different emails back and fourth I managed to send it back... Did I get a refund? NO! They totally scammed me out of 100 quid, kept the speaker and my money and refused to do anything about it since now. Extremely unsatisfied.. can't claim my money back now.

Worst spent money in my life. Speakers and headphones lasted less then 2 weeks and they did everything possible to not take resposability of their useless products.
Contact with them was like speaking with a thug in a dark alley.

Bought some ear buds from ear fun via amazon and they are great, But they stopped working after around 13 months
I contacted customer support and they sent me a new pair out straight away

Update vom Juli 2024: Earfun hat kontinuierlich nachgebessert. Inzwischen sind alle Software-Macken behoben:
Es gibt eine funktionierende Windgeräuschunterdrückung (deutliche Abstriche bei ANC in höheren Frequenzen; Trittschall, Brummen und Dröhnen wird aber immer noch gut bekämpft).

Die Lautstärke der Stimme bei Bedienung fällt nicht mehr unangenehm auf.

Es gibt eine akustische Suchfunktion.

Insgesamt nutze ich die Ohrhörer gern, kann sie ohne Beschwerden sehr lange tragen und genieße die Ruhe in vollen Regionalzügen dank ANC.

I've bought from this website in the past and recieve their promotional email (lots of them). Thought I'd buy another pair but they no longer sell to the UK. Instead you have to buy through amazon and pay more because the offers advertised on thier site (and in their promotional emails) are different from the amazon UK ones. Well simple enough, there's lots of competition, I'll buy a different brand that isn't set on ripping off the UK market.

Jeg købte Earfun Air S som jeg er meget tilfreds med. Jeg foretrækker høretelefonerne ligesom på AirPods, men gav de her en chance. Noise cancellation er ekstrem effektiv og lyden i høretelefonerne er meget klar og god. Dog er den mindste volumen meget høj, hvilket jeg tænker skyldes noise cancellation.

Produktet blev sendt fra et EU land, så der kom ikke told eller moms på. Fragten var gratis og pakken ankom meget hurtigt.

Jeg er tilfreds og glad for produktet :)

Excellent Customer service and amazing Audio Quality ear buds.
I had a big issue with a set of headphones not working. And they fixed the issue instantly.
Would definitely buy from them again in the future.

Har købt et sæt EarFun Air Pro 2 fra Earfun via Amazon DE, som der også henvises til på deres hjemmeside.

Shipping var super effektiv (3 dages transit), med gratis levering til døren, via Postnord fra den danske grænse.

Lyden er god - særligt med prisen in mente (DKK 555,00).
Solid bund, autentisk mellemtone, og med en diskant som er fint representeret - mangler dog lidt "luft" i de øvre frekvenser (IMO).
Toppen har en tendens til at være en smule mindre repræsenteret i fht. hvad jeg er vant til fra mine, væsentligt dyrere, reference høretelefoner (Beyer Dynamic DT-770 Pro, som dog hverken er trådløse, in ear, eller med ANC) med dertilhørende større drivers.
Hi-hat og bækkenrides skærer ikke hélt ligeså godt igennem mixet, hvilket måske kan skyldes et lidt aggressivt roll off fra 10K og op - det er et gæt.
Til prisen må det dog siges at være yderst tilfredsstillende, og ovenstående til trods, føles lyden egentlig rimelig velbalanceret.

Også "bredden" i lydbilledet er flot gengivet, samt elementerne separeres og gengives rigtig flot.

Problemfri parring med iPhone 12 (både kompatibel med iOS og Android), og på løbeturen sidder de som støbt i ørene, uden at man rigtig mærker at de er der.

Touchfunktionerne virker fint og er rimlig intuitive - under løb eller anden aktivitet kan man dog godt misse et tryk, således at man istedet for at skifte sang (3 tryk på højre plug) istedet pauser musikken (2 tryk på højre plug).
Jeg vil dog mene at det er et spørgsmål om tid førend det sidder i fingrene.

Byggekvaliteten er god: flot finish, føles premium når man tager dem ud af æsken, og pasformen er perfekt (i mine ører i hvert fald).
2 x 6 "gummidutter" medfølger, i forskellige størrelser og tykkelser. Således er der rig mulighed for finde en pasform som sidder behageligt, og fast i øret.

En fin detalje er at høretelefonerne tændes, og automatisk connectes til din telefon (etc.) så snart låget åbnes til etuiet. Ligeledes slukkes, og afbrydes forbindelses når de ligges tilbage, og låget lukkes.

Speaking of which: så virker det som om at netop låget er det svageste led her og jeg mistænker at det er det første som går i stykker hvis etuiet tabes - det har jeg dog (heldigvis) stadig til gode at prøve.

Batteritiden er god (7 timer ifølge producenten), og etuiet giver yderligere 27 timers batteri.

Ambient Mode er en smule "noisy" hvis du befinder dig i et meget stille miljø, men dét være sagt, så er funktionen super smart hvis du stadig ønsker at kunne følge med i hvad der sker omkring dig, mens du lytter til musik.

ANC er virkelig god - støjsvag, præcis og ændre ikke på EQ - og på løbeturen håndteres vindstøj bare rigtig godt!

En fin detalje er at når du sætter dine earplugs i ørene, fortsætter de i samme Mode som ved sidste anvendelse (Ambient, ANC eller Normal).

Noget andet er den automatiske start/stop funktion, som aktiveres når du indsætter/udtager dine earplugs. Det virker OK, men oplever også at de begynder at spille igen, når man lægger dem på bordet.

Alt i alt, tror jeg ikke at du finder bedre earplugs til pengene. Er der ting som kunne være bedre? Bestemt. Men jeg synes at de 3 vigtigste elementer er i orden, nemlig:

1. Lyden
2. Pasformen/komforten
3. ANC

Netop hybrid ANC funktionen er alene alle pengene værd - krydret med den gode pasform, og den fine lyd, så er dette bestemt SÆTTET, såfremt du søger et sæt "value-for-money" TWS earbuds.
