I've bought several pairs of EarFun Air Pro 3 earbuds over the last year and a half. They have all worked great. Unfortunately through my own fault I lost some and damaged some. Recently I contacted their Support team, after losing another single earbud. They kindly credited me a partial refund to reduce the price on the latest pair I ordered. I think they're a great product, otherwise I wouldn't have made repeat purchases. I also applaud the Support team for their help. Thank you. ⭐

Earfun's costumer service honored their warranty, after some troubleshooting solutions, they sent out a replacement a week after. The new product arrived perfectly and without any cost.

Habe mir die 4 pro bestellt. So weit so gut wurden auch schnell verschickt, aber wurden von DHL zurück geschickt, weil Adresse falsch war. Auf meine Mails wurde nicht reagiert. Hab den Kauf über PayPal rückgängig gemacht und mein Geld zurück erhalten. Sehr schlechter Kundenservice und zu den in ears kann ich daher nichts sagen.

I had an issue with my UBOOM X, the bluetooth connection was deffective. Since that item was out of stock the replaced it with a UBOOM-L AND a pair of Wave Pro for free and all this was done in about 10 days, everything was at my place free of charge.

I've previously ordered earfun headphones from Richer Sounds and found them excellent. As Richer Sounds no longer stock them, I - incorrectly - assumed I'd be ok buying new ones direct from Earfun.

6 weeks after I ordered, and 5 weeks after I flagged a non-delivery, I am no closer to getting either my headphones nor a refund. The customer rep I'm dealing with, 'Freya', has repeatedly sent stock replies to my emails that neither answer the questions I ask nor has given the refund I requested. Genuinely appalling customer service that comes across as AI at worst, copy-and-pasting at best, and which is unable to deal with even the most basic queries or issues.

Ich möchte alle potenziellen Käufer vor diesem Shop warnen. Auf der offiziellen Website sucht man vergeblich nach einem einfachen Retouren-Button. Erst nach mehreren E-Mails und nachdem ich die Zahlung über Klarna pausiert sowie mit der Verbraucherzentrale gedroht habe, erhielt ich eine Reaktion.
Die Krönung: Der Support verlangte schriftlich von mir, ich solle die Ware (Ladedose und Kopfhörer) vorsätzlich zerstören und Fotos davon schicken, um mein Geld zurückzuerhalten. Dies ist ein direkter Verstoß gegen deutsches Verbraucherrecht (§§ 355, 437 BGB) und eine ökologische Unverschämtheit. Ich habe alle Beweise gesichert

Ihre Antwort ist eine Unverschämtheit und reine Hinhaltetaktik. Seit über 10 Tagen versuche ich vergeblich, ein rechtmäßiges Retoure-Label für ein defektes Produkt zu erhalten. Stattdessen fordern Sie mich auf, die Ware vorsätzlich zu zerstören und Fotos davon zu schicken – eine höchst dubiose und in Deutschland rechtswidrige Geschäftspraktik, die zudem gegen Umweltrichtlinien verstößt.

Ich werde nicht für Elektroschrott bezahlen und lasse mich nicht zu illegalen Handlungen (Warenbeschädigung) nötigen. Da Sie sich weigern, ein kostenloses Rücksendeetikett gemäß deutschem Recht zur Verfügung zu stellen, habe ich den Fall bereits an die Klarna-Fachabteilung für Betrugsfälle übergeben. Ersparen Sie mir Ihre Standardfloskeln und senden Sie mir sofort ein gültiges Retoure-Label, oder die Angelegenheit bleibt endgültig beim Käuferschutz!"

Achtung vor Betrug beim Rückversand.
Die Qualität ist leider bei weitem nicht so gut wie erwartet. Und beim Rückversand erhält man ein merkwürdiges Rücksendelabel an Amazon, welches später von allen Seiten als nicht nachverfolgbar dargestellt wird.

Als deze oortjes bestelt en je wilt ze terug sturen is dat onmogelijk!!
Je krijgt geen reactie als je deze oortjes retour wil sturen ..
Ik hou ze maar en geef ze wel aan iemand anders ?
Geld kwijt , koop gewoon Apple en als je dat retour stuurt geen probleem

Fantastic customer support. Had issues with my Earfun pro 4 and got immediate response. After some back-and-forth with the customer department, they shipped me a new pair of earbuds. That's called customer support, loving them!

J'ai acheté sur le site de myearfun.com un airpro 4+ (72€) qui s'est avéré défectueux. je l'ai signalé au SAV décrivant factuellement et exhaustivement les problèmes rencontrés.
Ils m'ont proposé soit de le garder avec une remise de 8€, soit de le renvoyer en Allemagne selon une procédure spécifique (coût mini 14€), ce que j'ai fait
Les CGV stipulent que les frais de retour sont pris en charge par earfun en cas d'appareil défectueux.
Le SAV m'oppose une fin de non recevoir car je n'ai pas apporté la preuve des défauts.
Je déconseille donc ce site web sauf pour un acheteur qui n'attend pas de garantie.

Problèmes rencontrés (communication en anglais avec le SAV):
The bluetooth connection is unstable and the music stops several times per minutes
The sound without nose reduction lack bass and its quality is worse than a 5€ headphone
The trebles are aggressive
The sound quality with ANC on is OK but the ANC is inefficient
The wind noise reduction is inefficient
The ANC only stays on for a few seconds before switching by its own to natural sound mode (=ANC off).

Einrichtung hat super geklappt, Ohne Probleme.
Der Klang ist gut - ANC ist gut - Sitzen gut. Für dieses Geld eine Kaufempfehlung.

I purchased EarFun earbuds twice and experienced the same issue both times: poor fit and insufficient adherence.

Despite normal, everyday use and trying different ear tip sizes, the earbuds repeatedly slipped out. In both cases, this eventually led to the loss of one earbud without noticing when it fell. With the second pair, this happened after only about 15 days of use, making the product unreliable for daily use. Fit and stability are key features for wireless earbuds, and this was a consistent problem.

Customer support explained that there are multiple production batches due to “improvements made during production,” which suggests that fit and adherence may vary. However, they also confirmed that this situation is not covered under warranty and no alternative solution was offered.

I am sharing this experience to inform potential customers about a recurring fit issue that may significantly impact usability.

Returned earphones were not refunded. They simply claimed the item hadn't arrived. Very poor service. Beware of this company!

The slowest delivery I've ever seen. The due data was already large, but even though I didnt get it in time. I needed the eadbuf for an important meeting and I missed it

Terrible customer service. Their provided shipping company never successfully delivered the package and I have proof of that, but they’ll not refund me the money. Maybe don’t work with a terrible company as Gofo as your shipping partner with a one star review on Trustpilot and trust your customers. Will never order again.

Update: I wish I got a refund or replacement. Your customer service repeatedly believed the post service and its very obvious they’re lying. I have proof of that so I’m happy to get a refund.

Good pructs, good price, quick delivery. I bought speakers, earphone dac, earphones… all sound excellent so I’m returning customer.
