Ordered watch 11/27/2018, tracked and emailed until late January and then asked for refund since they have 60 day refund policy. Kept getting the same automated reply to email and now trying Paypal resolution to get my money back. Mycases.co is a fake business, do not order from this site or you to will be scammed.

I didn’t receive item . Total Scam !

I was scammed. I have not received my order that was placed on 11/14/2018 and the money was taken. Made many many attempts requesting status and finally a refund and receive the same automatic response apologizing and giving me ways to check the shipping information. Also the product is supposedly being shipped from North Korea. Do not buy from this site. The address pulls up 5 Guys in California. I reported them to the BBB.

TOTAL SCAM - paid $59 dollars for what looked like a decent watch! When it arrived, 12 weeks later from China, it was a piece of crap worth $2. I was foolish enough to send it back to their 'fake' USA address only to have it arrive back marked 'return to sender' because they don't exist!!!
NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE

I Had ordered an item 2 months back. I am not getting any updates. I am sending several follow ups on their customer email but only automatic reply I am always receiving. I think this is only a scam.

Bestelde horloge op 8 nov. Nog steeds niets ontvangen na 3 maanden.mails worden niet meer beantwoord, tracking nummer bestaat niet meer. Geld kwijt aan oplichters, een echte schande, was ook cadeau voor Kerstmis.

I bought a watch from this site 2 months ago. They didn’t send it. They didn’t pay my money back. I have tried to contact them many times. Do not buy anything!! They are unreliable.

I placed order on 23/11/2018.
No shipment received so far.

Pas på det er et svindler firma man får slet ikke de vare man bestiller og er ikke til at komme i kontakt med! SCAM!!!!

Placed my order on 2018/11/12, received shipping confirmation on 2018/12/05. Tracking my order always results in preparing shipping status. Tracking my parcel always results in item not found. Sent lots n lots of emails to support staff, only automated replies. No dedicated help, no help from any "human" support staff, just no help at all. Also order cancellation is not being processed and just handled with automated emails, like all my other emails. Very very disappointed about customer care.

Ordered watch 15th November for Christmas present. Told order being processed and shipped on 22nd November. No updates since and using tracking number it says tracking has been stopped. TOTAL SCAM. DO NOT SPEND MONEY WITH THESE PEOPLE.

Total scam !! Beware this is just a website to flick your money and will never ship your items purchased.

It's a scam, you lose money ....

These guys are fraud. They lure you by showing good products on their site and never ship it.
Of course, orders once orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.
