I placed an order and received a confirmation. Then, no further communication—no response to emails, telephone numbers unreachable. No delivery. I cancelled the order, but likely, that, too, was ignored.
Then , FRAUDULENT CHARGE ON OUR CREDIT CARD. Happily, blocked by the bank. We know of no other unverified access to our credit card information.

I was going to place an order with this company and then realized their website identified they were located in the same area I lived (Saint Augustine, FL). I called twice to verify their store hours and twice the call rang and then ended. I drove to the address identified on their website and found the address actually belonged to a grocery store. Based on my experience, this company does not exist in Saint Augustine, FL. Based on the reviews, only one person (Joe Newman) has had a "5 star" good experience with the company. Interesting.

I contacted the domain registar this is the conversation:

They are selling products but not fulfilling orders. I'm reporting this to you since you are the registar for it. they company contact information is not real. the address is actually a different unrelated business and the only resolution to the problem needs to be done through your own bank to get your money back.

In order for this to stop they need to have reports for this if everyone reports it, it will happen faster.

I placed an order in December and after waiting a month for it I checked my bank account to see if it had been charged yet only to find a fraudulent charge. When I called my bank they looked into it and found my card had been tried to be used for multiple fraudulent purchases. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.

Same as everyone else. No shipment and had to cancel my credit card just as a precaution

After Purchasing in November for a Christmas gift and No Response and Shipping always "On Hold" I started reading the reviews. WATCH YOUR Credit Card!!! Mine had a Fraud Purchase Lat night. First Fraud purchase in over a decade on my Discover.

If I could rate 0, I would. Just as I've read, the deals were two good to be true.

I "purchased" an action figure in November of 2023, received an email that my order is on hold until payment is confirmed. Makes no sense, once you purchase something online, it usually goes through right away. No updates or emails since my purchase....

Until 12/31/23, I received a fraud notification on my mobile banking app. Two purchases in the amount of $0.12 each. One purchase from a supposed company named Thermodyne in Florida and the other named WorkPoint in Nevada.

Now my bank account is blocked, my debit cards canceled.

Happy New Year! Don't ever by something from this fake and ridiculous website unless you want your information stolen as well!

CASAZO IS A SCAM

Do not purchase anything from these yahoos. They don't fill orders and they don't respond to inquiry emails. Their phone number 904-906-2304 is always busy. This company needs to be reported to authorities in Florida for unethical business practices.

Casazo.com is not a legitimate company. Your order has been received...your order is on hold because of gateway problem. We will email you when order is processed... It is a fake company and total BS. Why doesn't trustpilot help solve the problem instead of compounding it further? I know...get rid of your survey program and go after the Federal Government who apparently CONTROL the WWW with their rules and laws and make them responsible for the control of fake websites. Don't want EXCUSES, just results!!

Would rate zero if possible. This company will steal your money.

I ordered a toy for Christmas that I could not find elsewhere. I received a confirmation email, then no tracking, no shipment, etc. after several weeks. I emailed the company - no response. The toy never arrived.

I'm relieved I used a Visa gift card rather than my debit card, so no additional money will be stolen.

They did the same thing to me. I ordered a doll for my daughter. I got the email that my order was "on hold" until the charge cleared. 1 week later, nothing...called the number and busy signal. Looked up other reviews and found out they are a total scam. Closed out my card.

Place an order on 12/17/23 - received confirmation email and then nothing after. It's now 12/27/23 and no order update. Tried to contact company multiple times and get an odd sounding busy signal. Online chat does not work. When you Google Map the address it shows a grocery store for the given address. I have given up and am now canceling my order with my credit card company

Do not order from this company…had a Christmas present ordered for 2 weeks and they said their system was down and it would come but it didn’t….unhappy grandchild for Christmas…..this company is a scam waiting to happen …call your credit card company and stop payment before it’s to late

Scam website, their “24/7” support is a fraud don’t respond to emails and phone # is out of service. Can’t track my order or get status.

ZERO stars, no product arrived

The website offers rare items, such as hot toys, that are out of stock everywhere, at low prices. My mom ordered something for my daughter that of course never came, and when she contacted customer service she got no response. She wasn't charged for the item, BUT her debit card was fraudulently used shortly after her purchase there. Do NOT trust!

I would not use them. I gave them my credit card information online for a child's gift. Cannot reach them. So I had to cancel my card as they don't answer their phone, emails, or chat available online. Shame on me for not checking trustpilot before ordering.

I tried to make an order. They have my credit card information. I made repeated calls and sent emails. I never got a confirmation from them. I received an explanation saying their gateway computer was down. I have recently read that excuse on other reviews. This site is a total scam. I changed my credit card number. I think they are only after your information.
