My Canada Trips Arvostelua 

We had a smooth transition from beginning to end. Our travel, hotels and tours were arranged so well and everything met our expectations.

We did have a couple of bad experiences in two of the hotels. We find that even though 3 people are booked for the room, they do not cater for all 3 and you have to keep on at them to correct it which is slightly annoying.

We have returned with wonderful memories.

Right at the very start of the booking process we said specifically that we do not want to be driving more than 3-4hrs per day and that we wanted to be in the heart of things. This did not happen and we were driving 6-8hrs most times. We were then sent to a place called Clearwater from Whistler on our way to Revelstoke. to get there we passed through Kamloops and some 200km later we arrived in Clearwater in the middle of nowhere on a road that lead nowhere. There was absolutely nothing there, we were in a log cabin with no kettle and the water we were told was undrinkable. It was 40km to the nearest town so we had no choice but to either starve or pay exorbitant prices for their food. The day we left we noticed that our itinerary took us back to Kamloops in order to get to Revelstoke!!! Why in Gods name would you send people to the middle of nowhere with a 400km distance when we could have stayed in Kamloops!!?? Total waste of time and money.
The big mistake we made was to put our faith and trust in My Canada Trips to give us a BESPOKE trip but instead they booked everything as they have for many others. Also due to the wild fires in Jasper they changed our itinerary obviously and when I asked for an extra night in Vancouver before setting off I was told there was nothing available in the places ahead of us to move things up by a day. I'm afraid that just wasn't true as every hotel we stayed at I enquired if they had a room the following night and they did!!! Very disappointed. We have always used Trailfinders in the past and I'm afraid I would be looking to go back to them in the future. The whole trip was planned at the company's convenience and NOT ours.

We had an amazing holiday, Rocky Mountaineer journey followed by an Alaskan cruise. All the arrangements ran faultlessly.

Another great holiday from MyCanada. Everything was perfectly organised. The accommodation was excellent. Kevin was super helpful in his guidance and helping us plan our holiday. Would highly recommend using this company if you are planning a trip to Canada.

Vicki helped us plan an amazing holiday from the East of Canada to the West and then on to Alaska. We did so many incredible things that it's difficult to choose a favourite experience. It was truly the trip of a lifetime. We met other people on our travels who also booked through My Canada Trips and they received the same outstanding service and attention to detail. I'll definitely be using My Canada Trips to book our next adventure!

A well-planned trip for novices to western Canada, as we were. we were grateful for the days of rest in the middle as we otherwise kep on the move and saw a lot.

Without doubt the best holiday company we have ever travelled with. From our first contact with Paul our consultant the service was exceptional. Every question answered...and we had a lot...with patience. He helped us tweak our holiday so it was just what we wanted. Once booked the after sales service was excellent. Especially as the dreadful wild fires in Jasper meant our itinary had to be altered they kept us informed of what was happening from the start making adjustments and almost daily changes as things in the Jasper area changed. Kevin took care of everything for us. Offering suggestions and keeping everything on track. The holiday ran like clockwork the organisation was faultless we always new where we needed to be and who to meet. All our accommodation was very good. The Rocky mountaineer was the most wonderful experience and our Cuise with Holland America was amazing. A holiday of a life time and thanks to My Canada Trips it could not have gone better.

We had a wonderful holiday booked through My Canada. Throughout the whole process and during the holiday, My Canada were quick to respond to any questions or queries we had. The process of using My Canada to book our holiday was easy, with Scott and Jennifer ensuring all aspects of our holiday, including hotels and activities were sorted for us. We went on a planned trip of 7 days in Canada to include 2 days on the Rocky Mountaineer train then a week on an Alaskan cruise. Everything was very well organised and we were very well informed of all information we needed before we went. I chose My Canada Trips because altho it was not the cheapest company the reviews said they looked after you very well and I'm glad I did. After 3 days we were supposed to go on an all day trip up to Jasper from Lake Louise then stay in Jasper for 2 nights before boarding the train. However the night before we were due to go to Jasper it was evacuated because of wildfires and ended up with a lot of the town burnt down which was extremely sad. It was all quite alarming but we felt very well looked after. We were taken back to Banff for the 2 nights altho we had already spent 2 nights there but we went to a different hotel this time and with so many evacuees the hotels must have been pretty full so we were just glad to have somewhere to stay. It looked doubtful though that we would get our train trip which would have been very disappointing as this was one of the main reasons for going on this trip. However again it was all sorted and we got on the train in Banff instead. A lot of other people with different companies or travelling independently had to try and sort out accommodation for themselves & transport and pay for it all whereas it was all taken care of for us which was a big relief. I would definitely recommend this company for people like us who want to go on an adventure but still want the comfort of knowing you are looked after.

First rate experience from the planning stage, through finalising booking and finally during the trip itself. Delighted with all aspects of the trip.

Everthing was as it should be although one hotel was a bit faded glory.

Our trip was as wonderful as we imagined it would be, from Niagara Falls to Banff and Jasper and then the Rocky Mountaineer ending with an Alsakan cruise.
I would certainly not recommend the hop on hop off bus tour in Vancouver. Our driver spoke little English, hit every kerb on every corner in the rickety converted school bus ( seats are made for kids not for adults), and had to have a 10 minute break every half hour! The places of interest he pointed out included a 24 hour pizza shop and some houses where "very rich people live there"! cant say we learnt much about Vancouver!

Awful company say they are going to give you a quote then never bother responding.
Avoid as very unprofessional.

Considering the holiday involved multiple forms of transport, excursions and hotel locations, everything went like clockwork.

MCT were terrific from first contact. They negotiated all our twists and turns and put together a holiday of a lifetime. Great communication when I had questions before we went. While in Canada, everything worked like clockwork - it was as close to being on an escorted trip as possible, but with the freedom to do as we pleased a lot of the time, and we were able to build our own timetable. Many thanks to all at MCT.

Jennifer was our main contact to plan the holiday. Richard also answered our queries on other occasions. They were both excellent, efficient, friendly and extremely patient. Jennifer planned our trip meticulously and included everything we asked for and so much more that we hadn't realised was within our possible itinerary. She knew all details about what she was suggesting for us and her knowledge of the various destinations and her recommendations were spot on.
All travel went very smoothly and according to our very detailed and precise itinerary. All our accommodation was lovely.
All excursions were first class with excellent guides and drivers and great destinations.
The Rocky Mountaineer was all we had hoped for and so much more.
Toronto, Banff and Vancouver were all very enjoyable in different ways and trips organised at each were great.
Niagara was probably the highlight and our trip there was extra special.
Our Alaska cruise was great with lovely accommodation, food and service and of course amazing scenery.
