Excellent customer service
Spoke to Martin at Bizdaq really helpful and has given me great advice. When I sell my business it will be with them.Martin was very professional and answered all my questions without hesitation.

Very poor, not worth the money.
I was impressed by bizdaq's previous reviews but was very disappointed with their service to me.
I had to keep asking for links to my adverts on other sales platforms and then when they did come through most of them didn't work!
I couldn't find my business listed on any other platforms when doing a general search for my type of business in my geographical area.
They stopped sending marketing emails after 4 months.
I had very few enquiries and none that could be verified as genuine buyers.
The communication was generally poor and it took 3 requests to remove my business from their site before they finally did.
I'm using a proper focused business selling agent now, not a wholesale one who never actually visited me and gave me a proper valuation.
They have since halved their fees and I don't believe they are worth even that.

Hello Wendy, It is disappointing to hear that you feel you had a bad experience with Bizdaq. Having looked into this i can see that there was some technical issues with the links but your business was on the platforms we discussed.
The disappointing thing with the listing removal was that it was removed off but for some reason the system had it listed on our website for some reason.
If we can discuss this in more detail to get this review resolved as we are keen to do so, then please email us at enquiries@mybizdaq.com and state discuss review as the subject. Apologies again for the fact you feel the business wasn't satisfatiory.

Like a bad smell in a sewer , impossible to get rid of!
I sold my business over a year ago not though Bizdaq. It is impossible to stop their persistent texting and messages asking to make appointments with me, to sell my business!
These people are like a dog with a buried bone! Every week they dig up my number!
Call after call asking for them to remove my details means they are breach of Data Rules!!
