My Experience With CATHX Pro
My Experience With CATHX Pro — Please Be Very Careful Before Depositing Money
I want to share my personal experience with CATHX Pro so other people can do their own research before putting money into this platform.
I deposited approximately $2,500 USDT into CATHX Pro. I initially used the platform for spot/futures trading and was able to see profits displayed in my account. I was also able to make a small withdrawal of approximately $58 USDT, which made the platform appear legitimate to me.
Later, I applied for a ZEN IEO through the platform. The IEO price shown to me was approximately 1.5 USDT per ZEN, and I was allocated approximately 3,533 ZEN, with a displayed value of roughly $7,000 USDT.
The problem started after the IEO allocation. My existing funds became frozen, and the platform told me that I had insufficient funds to cover the IEO allocation. I was instructed to deposit additional USDT to cover the shortage. I was also shown messages indicating that the frozen IEO amount had to be supplemented and that there could be penalties if the required funds were not provided within the specified time.
What concerns me is that I had money already in my account, but I was unable to freely withdraw it because of the IEO. I was being asked to put in more money before I could resolve the situation and access my existing funds.
I contacted customer service and asked them to provide verifiable information about the company, including its exact legal name, registration number, regulatory authorization, ownership, and proof that it is legally authorized to provide these services to Canadian customers. I believe these details should be independently verified before anyone deposits money.
I also found that the cathxpro.com domain was registered very recently (May 28, 2026) and its WHOIS ownership information is privacy-protected. These facts alone do NOT prove fraud, but they are additional reasons I believe people should exercise extreme caution. (ScamAdviser)
The Canadian Anti-Fraud Centre warns that fake crypto trading platforms can display profits and sometimes allow small withdrawals to create confidence, before preventing larger withdrawals and requesting additional money such as supposed taxes or fees. (Canadian Anti-Fraud Centre)
My advice to anyone considering CATHX Pro:
Do not deposit money simply because you see profits on the screen or because other people in a group say they successfully withdrew money. Verify the company independently, verify its regulatory registration, and understand the withdrawal rules BEFORE depositing.
In my case, the biggest concern is that I am being asked to provide additional funds because of the ZEN IEO while my existing funds are frozen.
I am sharing this review because I do not want anyone else to make the same mistake without first investigating everything carefully.
Please do your own independent research and verify the company and its regulatory status before sending any cryptocurrency.
