At My Beautiful Kitchen all kitchens are made to order, so no two will ever be exactly the same. But each one begins its life the same way – with a blank sheet of paper and your vision. What you end up with is a finished kitchen that’s a true reflection of your personality and taste. Using the latest CAD 3D Design Software, we work with you to create your Beautiful Kitchen. First we’ll measure your kitchen, noting wall sizes, ceiling heights and services. Then we’ll have a chat and get all your ideas for your new kitchen. And we’ll give you our ideas, too. This can be done in our showroom, or if you prefer, the comfort of your own home. After that, it’s time to start planning your Beautiful Kitchen. We’ll create a 3D design of our plans. The design will show cabinets, worktops, lighting, sockets, chairs, and even some plants so the design is as real as possible. This will give you a highly accurate representation of your new kitchen. In fact, the only thing you won’t be able to do is cook in it. When you’re happy with your design, the plans are yours to keep. We are happy to email the plans over to you or print them for you so you can show them to your family and friends. And best of all… All design all comes FREE with No Obligation Whatsoever.

New Bathroom in Edinburgh
From the very start of the process in design and choosing the equipment to installation it was easy, friendly and exceeded our expectations. The quality is fantastic and has made such a difference to the bathroom. The installers were fantastic and nothing was too much effort. Well done and thanks!

Bathroom / en suite fitted
Had the main bathroom and en suite done and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company. From our first appointment the service was great. Really professional all the way through and the team kept us informed all the way through to installation. The installation team (primo) were great also and both jobs were completed in 5 days. The result is amazing and has totally transformed both rooms. Thank you so much

At every stage of the fit they were keen to keep us updated and come to us with any concerns or questions regarding logistics or aesthetics. We are very, very happy with the end result and finish.

1st class job by a 1st class team
From our first visit to My Beautiful Kitchen & Bathroom showroom till the completion of our bathroom installation everything went like clockwork. Being able to see your proposed bathroom on a 3D computerised Vision was extremely helpful. Our dealings with Sharon, Ewan & Aga were always very constructive and informative. Our fitter Davie who was very polite and knowledgeable made a terrific job installing the bathroom with the assistance of his tilers Stevie & Gerry. Davie visited our house prior to installation and explained in detail the schedule of works for the week. The communication during the installation from the office was also very good ensuring everything was going to plan. I would have no hesitation what so ever in recommending this company.

Bathroom Conversion
I cannot recommend enough the services I received from ‘My Beautiful Kitchen & Bathroom’. My bathroom was in a sorry state and unsuitable for my needs with limited mobility. Natalie did an amazing job of designing something that was perfectly suited for me. I needed an easy access shower that would require minimal maintenance. What was put forward was perfect for me and has given me my independence back.
I also can’t recommend highly enough the fitter Steven. He was excellent. Kept me informed all the way and dealt with unexpected problems hidden under the floorboards. The previous owner had left an array of pipes that were supposed to provide underfloor heating but only provided underfloor leaks.
Steven went above and beyond expectations and left the area spotless. This work will have a huge impact on my life and I can’t thank the team enough for what they have done.

I found the company on Instagram and they looked professional with good reviews; my ensuite renewal was handled very well from the initial time at the Edinburgh showroom, the home survey, the detailed quotation and finally the installation; all very clear on the process and the installation was all done in the time scheduled; very happy with the final product and dealing with everyone at My Beautiful Bathroom.

Horrendous workmanship
I did not get a beautiful bathroom in November 2024, in fact it has now been completely replaced. The faults were 1, live redundant in suspended ceiling, 2. towel rail connection behind tile live, should have been above ceiling height, was also faulty 3, tiles spotted on with minimal adhesive, in some cases silicon was used 4, wet tray former was screwed down and no waterproofing tapes or gaps not even a silicone joint at the tray area, sub floor wet at joints below screen. No apologies or any compensation. DO NOT USED THIS COMPANY
Having read your one sided reply, can I just point out the issues I raised in my review are new issues that the current installers were horrified to find that your sub contractors left. Apparently we were told you verify your sub contractors obviously ours slipped through the net!! In relation to an apology it was hidden at the end of an email and there definitely was no mention of any reduction in price. The only obstacle as you put it was that we didn't want the tiler back to fix his work as why would anyone want someone back who was unable to do the job right in the first place.

Hi Shirley
We are sorry you are not happy with your installation and that you have felt you had to leave this one sided review regarding the installation of your bathroom project.
As a company, we feel we did everything to rectify the situation, but you refused and put many obstacles in to prevent a resolution.
When you initially contacted us regarding your concerns about your installation on 18th November last year, a manager from My Beautiful Bathroom attended your home along with with the installer within a few days and offered to rectify the issues and put this proposal in writing.
As a company we would prefer to work with our customers should any issues arise and rectify any issues, regardless if it is product or installation related in a timely manner.
We are unsure as to why you feel it is fair to comment on this site "Do not use this company", when all we have done since you flagged your installation concerns, was try to work with you and the installer to rectify the installation issues.
We can confirm we apologised both verbally and in writing and the installer offered to reduce his bill as compensation.
You refused our offer to help and refused to pay the installation balance.
With this in mind, we are really unsure of what else we could have done.
