What you end up with is a finished kitchen that’s a true reflection of your personality and taste. Using the latest CAD 3D Design Software, we work with you to create your Beautiful Kitchen. First we’ll measure your kitchen, noting wall sizes, ceiling heights and services. Then we’ll have a chat and get all your ideas for your new kitchen. And we’ll give you our ideas, too. This can be done in our showroom, or if you prefer, the comfort of your own home. After that, it’s time to start planning your Beautiful Kitchen. We’ll create a 3D design of our plans. The design will show cabinets, worktops, lighting, sockets, chairs, and even some plants so the design is as real as possible. This will give you a highly accurate representation of your new kitchen. In fact, the only thing you won’t be able to do is cook in it. When you’re happy with your design, the plans are yours to keep. I cannot recommend My Beautiful Kitchen and Bathroom highly enough. From start to finish, the entire experience was smooth, professional, and completely stress-free. The team kept me informed throughout the process, were reliable, courteous, and clearly took great pride in their work.
The quality of the workmanship is outstanding, and the attention to detail exceeded all my expectations. The finished result is even better than I could have hoped for, transforming my home beautifully. Every aspect of the project was completed to a very high standard, and nothing was ever too much trouble.
I am absolutely delighted with my new kitchen and bathroom and couldn't be happier with the final outcome. Thank you to everyone involved for making what could have been a stressful project such an enjoyable experience. I would highly recommend My Beautiful Kitchen and Bathroom to anyone considering a kitchen or bathroom upgrade!

**A very disappointing kitchen…
My experience with My Beautiful has been extremely disappointing. I am sharing what happened so that other customers can make an informed decision.
Installation timeline
The kitchen installation started on 17 August and was supposed to take approximately one week. Sadly, the original fitter, died very suddenly after the work had started. This was a tragic situation, and I fully understood that arranging a replacement fitter would take time.
I accepted the initial two-week delay in good faith, although I was left without a functioning kitchen during this period. The installation ultimately took more than five weeks to complete instead of the one week originally anticipated.
Workmanship issues
Unfortunately, matters went from bad to worse when the replacement fitter began work. I had serious concerns about the quality of the workmanship and sent photographs to My Beautiful to highlight the problems.
A senior manager inspected the work and immediately instructed the fitter to stop because of the issues identified. By the beginning of the fourth week, I still had no functioning kitchen.
Remedial action
Another fitter was eventually arranged and explained that significant remedial work was required. This included removing tiles and worktops and rectifying the previous work, which caused further delays.
I acknowledge that My Beautiful stepped in to arrange alternative fitters and ensure that the kitchen was eventually completed to an acceptable standard. However, this did not remove the considerable disruption and stress caused by the delays.
The situation was made even more concerning when I discovered that the fitter who had been instructed to stop work still had a set of keys to the property. As My Beautiful had been unable to contact him to retrieve them, the front door locks had to be changed for security reasons. Ben agreed during his final inspection that My Beautiful would cover this cost, and the company has since confirmed that it will do so.
Compensation request
I requested £1,000 in goodwill compensation to reflect the exceptionally poor experience and the prolonged period without a usable kitchen. I was disappointed when this request was refused.
The company’s position was that the installers were independent contractors and that any claim relating to their workmanship should be directed to the original fitter. While I acknowledge My Beautiful’s efforts to arrange the remedial work and cover the lock replacement, I remain disappointed by its refusal to offer any further goodwill payment in recognition of the overall experience.
Final recommendation
A kitchen is a major investment, and customers reasonably expect the installation process to be handled professionally and with as little disruption as possible. In this case, the experience fell very far short of my expectations.
I am sharing my experience honestly, acknowledging both the help My Beautiful provided in resolving the installation issues and my disappointment with how my complaint about the prolonged disruption was handled.
I would encourage anyone considering using My Beautiful to ask clear questions about who is responsible for the installation, what happens if problems arise, and how complaints are handled before proceeding.

You mention that I was staying elsewhere during the installation. While this is correct, what your response fails to acknowledge is that I was unable to move back into my property as planned because I did not have a functioning kitchen. The delays therefore directly affected when I could return to my home. The fact that I was staying elsewhere does not mean I was unaffected by the situation.

Firstly, we would like to reiterate how deeply sorry we are in relation to the installers sudden passing. This was an incredibly sad and unexpected situation, and our thoughts remain with his family and those who knew him. Many of our staff have been really affected by this.
We recognise that the subsequent installation difficulties and delays caused considerable disruption. Whilst we understand that the installation took considerably longer than originally anticipated, we would like to clarify that you were not living at the property during this period, as you were staying elsewhere. We feel this is an important distinction when describing the impact of being without a functioning kitchen.
When concerns were raised about the workmanship of the replacement installation team, we arranged for a senior member of our team to inspect the installation and instructed that work should stop. We subsequently arranged alternative fitters to undertake the necessary remedial work.
Furthermore, we were not satisfied with the standard of the original worktops and took the decision to supply new replacement worktops as part of putting matters right. We wanted to ensure that the finished kitchen was completed to an excellent standard, despite the additional costs this involved. We also had the full splashback area retiled to the pattern you preferred, again at our cost.
Regarding the replacement of your door locks, we understand your concerns about the security of your property. As discussed during our final inspection, we agreed to cover this cost and have taken care of this.
We are pleased that we were able to arrange the necessary remedial work, supply replacement worktops, retiling and agree to cover the cost of changing the locks. However, we are genuinely disappointed that, despite the whole experience starting with a man losing his life unexpectedly, the considerable additional costs we have taken on to resolve the situation and bring the installation to an acceptable conclusion, you still feel that a further £1,000 in goodwill compensation is warranted.
We fully appreciate that the experience was not what you had hoped for, and we do not dismiss the frustration caused by the delays and installation difficulties. However, we believe we have made considerable efforts to put things right, both practically and financially, and we do not feel that a further goodwill payment is appropriate in the circumstances.
We genuinely regret that your kitchen installation did not go as smoothly as either party would have wished. We take customer feedback seriously, and experiences such as this are reviewed internally to help us improve the service we provide.

Serious Concerns About Plumbers' Qualifications
This company renovated my upstairs neighbour's bathroom. Shortly afterwards, a water leak caused a large section of my bathroom ceiling to collapse, exposing wooden beams, pipes and electrical installations.
I could have been seriously injured.
Instead of sending a plumber immediately, they initially told me to put a bucket under the leak.
I have serious concerns about the qualifications and competence of the plumbers involved. I have not been provided with evidence that they were properly qualified.
My bathroom was left unsafe and unusable. A shocking experience. I strongly advise caution before hiring this company.

900 reviews but ours was clearly an inconvenience
We originally left a 2 star review but after the response we received we have reduced it to 1 star. The bathroom has had several issues, including a leak under the sink, problems with the door and extractor fan, and tiles around the window that stop it opening properly. Although some things were sorted the window still isn’t right. We’ve honestly given up chasing it because we’re exhausted by the whole experience and just want to move on.
The aftercare has been just as disappointing as the installation issues. We felt like we were constantly chasing answers and weren’t given the reassurance we expected when raising our concerns.
After leaving our review the company contacted us and focused on defending their reputation, point out how long they’ve been trading and how many reviews they have, and ask us to amend our review. Having hundreds of positive reviews doesn’t change what happened to us.
We understand that the company didn’t carry out all the installation work themselves but this was an installer they recommended and we expected better support when things went wrong.
We didn’t expect everything to be perfect but we did expect better communication and aftercare. Instead the whole experience has been stressful and disappointing.

Be careful if you are only ordering the products
My Beautiful Bathroom Stirling has fitted my first/small bathroom and I was very happy with the work. However, I wanted my en suite to be more bespoke and asked a different fitter to do the work.
i ordered a considerable amount of fixtures and fittings from the company letting them know that they needed to be delivered to the 2nd floor (as I am in a flat) I also agreed that the products would be delivered first thing in the morning. I was on holiday at the time, but the builders had agreed to meet the delivery and help to carry it upstairs.
However, I got a call when I was getting on the plane at around 2pm asking if the builders were onsite. This was surprising knowing that they were meant to have delivered it in the morning.
When they finally arrived and asked where the builders wanted the delivery, they refused to take it up any stairs, despite me having bought it with the understanding that it would be taken upstairs. They unloaded it and left it outside my flat .
If my builders hadn't been there or had decided that it wasn't their job (which it wasn't) all of the items would have been left outside in the rain for a whole day (or more) as I didn't return until late in the evening. Thankfully my builders were professional enough to take everything upstairs themselves.
I then returned some flooring, as once it was in the house it was the wrong colour and they tried to charge me £30 plus VAT for a re-stocking fee. They later dropped this as I pointed out that I had to pay the builders an extra day (waiting for the delivery and carrying it upstairs)
I have yet to receive an apology or reason why after taking my money they couldn't seem to care less. When they fitted the bathroom they were much more attentive.
I wouldn't use them again because of this experience.
To be honest, the products I ordered online (which was a few also), were fantastic quality and cheaper. Shame - so BEWARE!
A great SHAME that I was allowed to think the goods would be delivered to my flat. That was the deal. The comment will say the company only offers curbside delivery. If I hadn't been mislead, I wouldn't have ordered products from them in the firstplace. I only went with them because the agreement was to take everything upstairs. As I say, BEWARE!!!!

Thank you for your review. We are pleased you were happy with the installation of your first bathroom, but we are sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your experience with your supply-only order.
To clarify, we do not guarantee a specific delivery time. Any timing provided is an estimate. Supply-only deliveries are kerbside and do not include carrying goods upstairs or into the property.
With supply only, the customer, or someone acting on their behalf, must be onsite to accept the delivery and arrange for the goods to be checked off and moved inside. These terms were explained when the order is placed.
Your previous bathroom was supplied and installed by us using our recommended installers. Taking the products inside was part of the installation service, which is why that delivery differed from this supply-only order.
We understand the delivery arrangements and timing caused frustration. However, the service provided was in line with the terms of a supply-only delivery.
We can confirm the restocking fee was subsequently waived.
We provide supply only orders on a regular basis and have not received this type of feedback and are sorry that your expectations were not met.

My beautiful bathroom experience
Our experience with My Beautiful Bathroom started when we visited the Stirling showroom to discuss our project with Sarah. We spent a lot of time discussing options and being provided with a quote with the pleasing thing being there was no hard sell. After two or three visits we decided on the final plan.
Communication from then was very good and we managed to secure a fitting date suitable to our needs
The team arrived on the first day to start at 8am prompt with Stephen Watson the main person. We have nothing but praise for the way he carried out the project always communicating with us about aspects of the project and giving us the benefit of his experience by giving us ideas on what would be best for our finished project. At all times respected our home and left all areas clean and tidy. His attention to detail was first class and appreciated
The tiler was with us for two days and again I have nothing but praise for the way he conducted himself and for his work ethic. Again spoke with us before he started fitting the tiles explaining the best way for them to be placed on the wall for the best look. Stephen (same name different person)respected our home by cleaning any mess created and leaving it tidy at the end of each day he was here.
My Beautiful Bathroom lived up to there name as the finished project is absolutely stunning. We did not encounter any issues everything went so smoothly and we have received numerous positive comments on the finished result. I would have no hesitation in recommending My Beautiful Bathroom if you are looking at doing your bathroom and would 1000% recommend Stephen the bathroom fitter who I thought was superb. The tiler also would be strongly recommended as well.

Absolutely delighted with work Kevin done with installation.Kept me informed on a day to day basis about what was getting done.

Sub standard work by the fitter who layed floor tiles on 6mm ply, did not centre shower, splashback hanging off, upstands not flush, pvc ceiling needs replaced causting around 4k to put right
Made an aufull mess of my home causing damage to furniature and leather couches and did not provide any liability insurance
No communication from them on the poor work nor damage and im now taking to court

We are sorry to hear that you are unhappy with your experience. However, we do not agree with a number of the statements made in this review and feel it is important to clarify that this matter is currently disputed.
There is currently an outstanding balance of approximately £3,000 for the works carried out by the installation team. We have been in communication with you regarding the concerns raised and have sought to understand and address the issues identified. The suggestion that we have simply ignored concerns or refused to communicate with you is therefore not an accurate reflection of the correspondence between us. We even visited you at your home.
With regard to the alleged damage to furniture and leather sofas, this is also disputed. Dust is to be expected after any home renovation but we have never encountered any customer saying that dust has caused £4000 worth of damage!
As you have now indicated that you intend to pursue the matter through the courts, we believe it is inappropriate to debate the individual allegations or the circumstances of the claim publicly. We will therefore allow the appropriate legal process to determine the outstanding issues.
We remain committed to dealing with genuine customer concerns fairly and professionally, but we also have a responsibility to ensure that statements made publicly about our business accurately reflect the circumstances of a dispute.
