At My Beautiful Kitchen all kitchens are made to order, so no two will ever be exactly the same. But each one begins its life the same way – with a blank sheet of paper and your vision. What you end up with is a finished kitchen that’s a true reflection of your personality and taste. Using the latest CAD 3D Design Software, we work with you to create your Beautiful Kitchen. First we’ll measure your kitchen, noting wall sizes, ceiling heights and services. Then we’ll have a chat and get all your ideas for your new kitchen. And we’ll give you our ideas, too. This can be done in our showroom, or if you prefer, the comfort of your own home. After that, it’s time to start planning your Beautiful Kitchen. We’ll create a 3D design of our plans. The design will show cabinets, worktops, lighting, sockets, chairs, and even some plants so the design is as real as possible. This will give you a highly accurate representation of your new kitchen. In fact, the only thing you won’t be able to do is cook in it. When you’re happy with your design, the plans are yours to keep. We are happy to email the plans over to you or print them for you so you can show them to your family and friends. And best of all… All design all comes FREE with No Obligation Whatsoever.

Not so great
We had our bathroom renovated in March, and I want to start by saying that the fitting team were excellent. They were professional, hardworking, and the quality of their installation was fantastic. The bathroom itself looks beautiful, and they deserve full credit for their work.
Unfortunately, our experience with the products and advice we received has been very disappointing.
While some of the products have been perfectly fine, several have proven to be poor quality or unsuitable for our needs. As first-time buyers of this type of bathroom setup, we relied on the company’s advice, but no one took the time to explain which products were better suited to our situation or the pros and cons of the different options.
In just four months:
* The shower hose burst overnight, flooding the bathroom and damaging our hallway LVT flooring.
* The bidet has already developed faults.
* The pressure valve doesn’t actually provide meaningful pressure control—it simply changes the water flow.
* The gas water heater has also been disappointing. It doesn’t provide warm water unless the heating is running, which isn’t a practical design for our household. Had someone explained this before purchase, we would likely have chosen a different option.
Given the quality of some of these products, I feel they are overpriced and don’t represent good value for money.
The fitting team deserve 5/5 for their workmanship, but the company itself falls short because of the products supplied and the lack of guidance during the purchasing process. Overall, I’d rate the company 3/5.
Post reply edit: there was no outside contractor, that’s not something we mentioned on the call we had today. The bidet pressure was very high so we purchased a better one and changed it, there were no changes to any plumbing, no external contractor was contacted, none of this. The issue was simple, pressure on the bidet was too high so we changed the bidet head, the hose wasn’t changed and the plumbing wasn’t touched. The hose that exploded was supplied and fitted(along with the entire system up to that point) by my beautiful kitchen & bathroom. I believe dodging responsibility by blaming a third party you invented is not suitable for a reputable business and this has damaged my view of you even further.
As for the heater, we’re not saying the heater is faulty, we’re saying the advice and recommendations we received when we were selecting our bathroom was lacking, had we been informed of the facts we might have made a different choice, while we did choose a towel radiator, we expected it to still heat the bathroom adequately, which it hasn’t done once since we bought(god help us come winter)
I really hope this isn’t the experience everyone gets when dealing with you guys as we are very disappointed.

Hi Wala
Thank you for taking the time to speak with us today regarding your feedback.
Following our conversation, you confirmed after a few months of use, you didn’t like the bidet you initially purchased from us and independently arranged for an external company to visit your home and replace it at your own cost.
This contractor was not in anyway related to My Beautiful Bathroom and this is the first we were aware of the change to the bidet today when we spoke to you.
You told us the hose has snapped after the contractor had been shortly after the external contractor installed your new bidet and the external contractor is now attributing that this is due to high water pressure. The hose had been working for around four months with no issues until that contractor attended.
As the plumbing was altered by the external contractor during that visit, any damage arising from that work would be the responsibility of the party who carried out the alteration. Not My Beautiful Bathroom.
Regarding the gas water heater (radiator), this is thermostatically controlled by your heating system and this is the radiator that was selected by yourself. The size of radiator is respect to your room is more than adequate to heat the room.
We are sorry if you felt there was not enough information given on the products you have chosen during the purchasing process and that it has taken you 4 month to highlight this to us.
We are disappointed to see this review as this is the first contact we’ve had from you about these problems until now and these have resulted from an external contractor which we had no involvement with.
Your bathroom was under warranty, you have failed to contact us and we are sorry to say that we cannot be held responsible for damage caused by workmen that you have hired independently and that we had no knowledge of.
To help resolve the damage to your flooring and the snapped hose, we would advise you to contact the external contractor who carried out the bidet swap so they can investigate and remedy any workmanship-related issues.
Kind regards
The My Beautiful Team

Great company to deal with
Great company to deal with. I used them a couple of years ago for my own bathroom, so didn't hesitate in using them again for my elderly parents.
The staff in the showroom are excellent and go through everything in great detail with a vast selection of options to choose from.
Martin, the bathroom fitter, and his team were excellent. Both my parents have dementia, so can be a challenge, however the guys were brilliant with them, keeping the place tidy at the end of each day with a working toilet. They couldn't have been any better.
