Very poor delivery was supposed to be on Tuesday …. Never arrived Wednesday never arrived Thursday never arrived now it’s Friday nothing . Very disappointing how they expect you to keep staying in fo 24/7 each day. No updates only saying delivery on another date lol
Absolutely a terrible company to deal with!!!! On their very basic delivery notification website tracking they give you the day your parcel is going to be delivered. For two day it said they were going to be delivering it on Thursday 5th of March. It continued to say this overnight and now today the 6th of March this morning hey say they are going to deliver. Have in the meantime I have written to them via their website complaint form twice over these two days over the non-delivery, and not received a reply from them. To be in for this now todays means I have not been able to go to work which has cost me financially owing to their screwup. Will it arrive today ?? From past experience the answer will probably be no. Don’t use them as they cant even reply to messages sent to them. Will update with further info if it is delivered today or not.
This delivery was perfectly on time the two guys (Steph& Shane) were polite and put my delivery exactly where I requested it ,my item was double wrapped and because they noticed the outer covering was very dusty they removed it so as not to make a mess in my home ,great service . Thanks
I have had this delivery company deliver to me twice now. Both times they showed no proof of photos to show it has been delivered. They haven’t sent a note through the door to show what neighbour they have delivered it to if you’re not in. Meaning you’ll have no idea where they have delivered your parcel to. If you see this company deliver a parcel to you good luck if you’re not in.
