Stylish dining chairs
My first time ordering with this company, I stumbled upon them in a Google search and so glad I did. I was looking for dining chairs but something a bit different and modern. I certainly found them with this company. Stylish dining chairs, very sturdy and they came already made up. Well packaged and quick delivery. My only gripe was how much delivery cost me as I live in the West Coast of Scotland and not North Scotland.

Great service, great product
We had viewed a radiator cover online a number of times. At £299, it was fairly expensive and we wanted to be sure that we were buying the right thing. We were able to book a video call with the store, which was really helpful. We were shown the radiator cover and were able to ask questions. It helped us to make the decision to go ahead with the purchase. Delivery was quick and efficient and the product is every bit as good as it looked online.

No update about the delivered the date…
No update about the delivery date, I bought the bed on the 12/01/26 and today is the 22/01/26 no update when the bed will be delivered. I did conducted them few times but nothing happened. I’ve been sleeping on the sofa since I give away my old bed creating space for the new bed.

Overall very pleased with one proviso
The coffee table arrived in on time and in perfect order. We are very pleased with the product although we could have done with some additional silicon tabs to place the glass on the table as the ones provided are a bit fiddly to use and some went out of shape and are visible through the glass top.

Excellent service
We were kept up to date on the delivery. We did have an issue with two chairs. However the response was immediate and the faulty chairs were replaced with new ones. Customer Sevice is second to none. And the chairs are amazing.

Excellent/Customer Comms and High-Quality Sofas
I recently purchased two Grosvenor Two Seat Sofas (Taupe – Brushed Silver) from My Furniture UK and I’m extremely pleased with both the product and the service.
I am a repeat customer, having previously purchased a few stools back in 2023, and once again My Furniture UK did not disappoint. Communication was excellent from start to finish. I received an email within a few days to book and confirm delivery, followed by a text message, which made the whole process very smooth and reassuring. On the day of delivery, the delivery company also sent a text to let me know they would be arriving in 20 minutes, which was very helpful.
The sofas themselves are very good quality and look exactly as expected. They feel well made, comfortable, and add a stylish touch to the room.
Overall, another great experience with efficient communication and high-quality products. I would definitely recommend My Furniture UK and would happily purchase from them again.

NOT FREE DELIVERY
My furniture do not offer FREE DELIVERY. Due to AIT not having the time or strength to lift the boxed sofa over a banister. They complained the box was too heavy and only had a ten minute slot! They were willing to unbox the sofa but asked me to be liable for any dirt from the stairs to the first floor. My furniture refunded me £106 short and I explained I will follow up with Trading Standards. A decent delivery company would have suitable sofa covers. They unboxed the foot stool and never even had tape to re-seal the box! One driver would not stop saying he only had ten minutes and just fail it, just fail it. Little did I know My Furniture would charge £106! At no point was I informed that I would be liable for the failed delivery otherwise I would have unboxed it to lighten the load as the drivers never had the strength. Then cleaned any dirt.

The delivery was carried out by the AIT Panther team, who made every reasonable effort to complete it and also provided photos showing that the staircase was very narrow and that moving a large boxed sofa through this space was unsafe. For this reason, the team explained that they could attempt delivery if the sofa was removed from its packaging, but this would require a signed disclaimer due to the risk of damage in such a confined area.
As clearly stated in our terms and conditions, if delivery fails at the door due to access issues, a delivery charge may be deducted from any refund, as it is the buyer’s responsibility to take measurements and ensure suitable access before delivery. In this case, the applicable charge should have been £70.
We also acknowledge that an error was made in the refund calculation and sincerely apologise for this. We will be refunding the additional £36 to correct the mistake.
