Your pre-order was placed on 31/12 via our French website for an item clearly listed with a restock. We contacted you on 19/01 to confirm the Rubell would return to stock on 28/01, with the stated three-week delivery period from this date, meaning your order is currently on time and within the advertised schedule.
On 10/02 we informed you that your order would arrive in France on 11/02 before continuing to Belgium, where our delivery partner JP Home would contact you directly to arrange delivery. They reached out on 16/02 but have not yet received a reply.
Your order is ready and waiting to be delivered, and we would be very happy to complete this for you as soon as contact is made. Please respond to the delivery team or contact us directly so we can arrange delivery promptly.

The Anastasia Adjustable white glass radiator cover is pure elegance
I purchased the Anastasia Adjustable White Glass Radiator Cover – Brass from My Furniture on 27th December 2025 and hadn't installed it until 11th February 2026 , and I am genuinely speechless. The moment it was unboxed, I knew it was something special. Even the installer paused and said he thought it was one of those standard covers everyone has… until he actually saw it. This piece is on a completely different level.
The design is stunning, the finish is flawless, and it has transformed the space with such effortless elegance. It’s rare for a radiator cover to feel like a statement piece, but this one truly is. I’m so impressed with both the product and the overall experience.
Beautiful, unique, and absolutely worth it.

I received furniture that was damaged…
I received furniture that was damaged and incomplete on delivery, which I reported immediately. Despite notifying the company straight away and offering them the opportunity to collect the faulty item at the time, they refused to do so and failed to provide any proper remedy. No repair, replacement, or reasonable solution was offered.
As a result, pursuing a chargeback became my only realistic option, and it was ultimately upheld. Only after this did the company begin sending increasingly threatening and intimidating emails, demanding payment or the return of goods they had previously refused to collect. The tone of these communications from BART in customer service came across as unprofessional, aggressive, and unnecessarily confrontational, giving the impression of pressure rather than a genuine attempt to resolve the issue fairly.
To be fair, the furniture itself appeared to be good quality even if that were damaged, which makes the situation even more disappointing. Unfortunately, the customer service experience - especially the communication from Bart - left a very bad taste and overshadowed what could otherwise have been a positive purchase.
Mistakes in delivery can happen, but how a company responds is what truly defines its professionalism. In this case, the customer service felt dismissive and adversarial, far below what consumers should reasonably expect. I would strongly encourage others to consider how disputes may be handled before choosing to purchase from this company.
