I recently purchased four dining chairs and a vase from My Furniture and I couldn’t be happier with both the products and the service. The quality of everything I received is excellent, and the chairs look amazing!
One thing that really stood out was the WhatsApp video service. Being able to see the products in real life before purchasing was incredibly helpful and gave me so much confidence in my choices. The communication throughout was seamless, and ordering via WhatsApp was quick and easy. The team were also genuinely lovely to deal with, which made the whole experience even better.
There was a small issue where the wrong vase was initially sent, but this was resolved immediately. A replacement was dispatched straight away and arrived the very next day, which I thought was fantastic customer service.
Overall, a brilliant experience from start to finish – I would definitely recommend and will be purchasing from them again!

The best choice
I had to wait a bit for it to be delivered but I did not regret it. The dolce sofa is very comfortable and is the best choice for my space.

Lovely Soho chair
The Soho chair is very nice and was packaged very well.
I received a very good message from MY Furniture and I now know how to clean and maintain the seat cushion. I am very happy with the Soho chair.
