I bought Audio 64 Solo universal in-ear monitors. I play trumpet in a band and after 5 gigs I am completely satisfied with the purchase. Excellent job.

Je voulais particulièrement remercier Mr Orban de chez MuzixGroup, il m'a tout de suite mis en confiance, sur l'achat sur leur site. De Hongrie a la France, toute été facile. Bonne information sur le tarif du transporteur, bonne réactivité sur l'envoie des colis de +50 kg et bonne communication par mail du le suivie...

Muy satisfecho con Muzix Audio, así da gusto comprar online. Recientemente les compré unos auriculares 64 Audio Volür en oferta (el mejor precio al que los he podido encontrar en Europa) y, sin duda, tendré en cuenta a Muzix para próximas compras audiófilas.

Al principio tuve dudas porque no aceptaban Paypal; me puse en contacto con ellos (en inglés) y el dueño de la empresa, Szabolcs Orban, me contestó muy rápido para explicarme que era debido a ciertos abusos o fraudes que habían sufrido. Al final pagué por transferencia bancaria y en una semana tenia los Volür en casa muy bien empaquetados. El nivel de comunicación fue muy bueno en todo momento.

English: Very happy with Muzix Audio an my 64 Audio Volür purchase, got the Volür on sale for a great price. Communication across the whole purchase process was great, shipping was fast, and the Volür were properly protected. I was hesitant at first because Paypal was not accepted as a payment option, I contacted Muzix and the business owner, Szabolcs Orban, promptly explained that it was due to certain abuses or fraud they had suffered, so I paid via bank transfer (which I don’t like to do) and it was all fine, buy with confidence. I will certainly be a returning customer.

Jeg har idag modtaget 3 ordre fra Muzix.
Normalt kan jeg ikke gå meget op i indpaking, men alle 3 pakker har været mega godt pakket ind.

Jeg har igen denne gang fået god vejledning og selvom jeg kun har haft min nye streamer i 30 min kan jeg allerede nu konstatere jeg er mega glad og glæder mig til at forbedre mit setup bla med i2s forbindelse istedet for den "hurtige" fobindelse jeg satte op med optiks kabel, men er allerede her imponeret over forskellen fra at stream fra min pc til en dedikeret streamer :)

Jeg kan kun sige godt om mine oplevelser med at handle hos muzix.eu og tror helt bestemt jeg kommer til at købe mere derfra.

On August 16 I placed an order for 1000€+. It was not delivered within 3 (working days) days as it is promised on the website. For unknown reasons, DPD indicated that they tried to deliver the package on August 26, but I was at home the whole day and received only Amazon packages. On September 10 the order was returned to the shop and I asked to return the money.
They just ignored that message. And answered only after my second email in 6 days. The message was meaningless with the unreceptive blame that it was my fault, but they wrote that can 'refund the total amount, less the delivery costs'. I asked to do that (on the same day (September 16)). Today is September 20 and there is still neither a response, nor a refund (I know that there are 14 days to proceed refund, but they have at least to confirm that).

The refund was received very fast (Setp 25) and for the full amount (incl. shipping), which I did not expect. So, at least 4 stars.

It was my second purchase from Muzix Audio. I was very satisfied with the FiiO iems and the 64Audio valür. After the very nice contact with Szabolcs from Muzix Audio I decided to write a rewiev. Before I found Muzix Audio I had to pay taxes in Germany, wait long time and worry to get the delivery. Muzix Audio is very reliable seller in the EU, have exclusive products and the delivery last only few days. The service is also the best you can expect. I recommend Muzix Audio and I will buy only here in the future.

Muzix proves to be very transparent in its communication. My inquiry was answered quickly and in a friendly manner. My order was processed quickly and sent well packaged to Cologne in Germany. I will buy from this retailer again in the future. Highly recommended.

The communication with Szabolcs was perfect, since they've never shipped to New Zealand before I had so many doubts and questions regarding the payment & shipment but these were all well sorted. I'm happy with the portable player received, opt-in their loyalty program is a no-brainer. Will defenitely buying from them again in the future! Strongly Recommended!

Der beste Online Händler, von dem ich jemals gekauft habe, mit einem Kundenservice, den ich noch nie so positiv erlebt habe. Hatte mehrmals Kontakt mit Herrn Orban wegen 2 unterschiedlichen Bestellungen und Lieferungen,(1. Hifiman Arya Organic und 2. Topping A70 Pro + D70 Pro) welcher mir im Minutenabstand per e-mail mit Rat und Tat zur Seite gestanden ist, auf Deutsch! Die Ware war beide Male innerhalb 3 Werktagen in Österreich, wie versproche! Könnten sich viele Händler eine Scheibe von abschneiden!
Produkte kamen sehr gut verpackt und einwandfrei bei mir an, sind auch aus einem sehr gutem Sortiment ausgewählt. Mehr als zufrieden,ganz klare Kaufempfehlung!!!

Sehr schöner Shop mit gutem Sortiment.

Ich habe vor kurzem ein Paar IEMs Lypertek Z7 dort gekauft und hatte nach 2-3 Monaten ein Problem mit meinen Hörern. Der Support hat sich sofort gemeldet und mir geholfen das Problem zu lösen (Höhenverlust eines Hörers durch Ohrenschmalz).

They've come through and gave me a great deal on a product I was looking for. I asked a bunch of other stores to no avail, ended up on Muzix and asked them if they were able to help me find the product.

I had not heard of this shop before, but it seemed that they have been around for many years. So I did a short bit of research and I found out that they have 1200+ reviews on a different platform, as well as a physical store, with very good ratings too. This was convincing enough for me to go through with it. They gave me a good price for the product in question, and I decided to place my order.

I am very pleased with how it went. The price offered was great, the communication was too. I'm incredibly happy. Thanks again.
