Muzix Audio Arvostelua 

I discovered Muzix Audio when searching for a particular IEM in Europe. As I hadn’t heard of them before, I reached out to confirm the item was in stock. I received a fast response, and following a few other questions regarding another IEM, I proceeded with the purchase - my parcel arrived to Dublin in two days. Fantastic service and highly recommended, I’ll certainly be buying again!

Der Verkäufer ist sehr freundlich und hilft bei Fragen und Problemen gerne weiter. Manchmal dauert eine Rückmeldung ein paar Tage aber das ist durchaus vertretbar. Ich hatte mir u. a. zwei Topping B200 Monoblock Verstärker gekauft, mit denen ich anfangs nicht hundertprozentig zufrieden war. Herr Orban von Muzix Audio bat mich um ein paar Tage Geduld und darum, die Verstärker erst einzuspielen und meinem Gehör dabei auch etwas Zeit zu geben, sich an den neuen Klang zu gewöhnen. Etwa vier Wochen später, wollte ich die Endstufen schon nicht mehr missen und heute, drei Monate später zählen sie ohne Zweifel zu den besten Verstärkern die ich besitze. Ich kann Muzix uneingeschränkt empfehlen und natürlich auch die Topping B200 Monoblock Endstufen.

Ik heb een Shanling CD-transport (ET3) besteld bij Muzix.eu en ik ben oprecht zeer tevreden met deze aankoop, en met de service van Muzix!

Naast de scherpe prijs, en de kwaliteit van het apparaat, ben ik zeer tevreden over de support en service van Szabolcs en zijn team. Attent en vriendelijk in het bestelproces en idem bij vragen.

Kortom: ik ga daar zeker nog een bestelling doen!

This was my first and definitely not the last purchase. I picked Topping B200 based on YT reviews so I tried to find the best price. 669€ at audigo.cz, 614€ at amazon.de but 540€ at Muzix's Valentine offer so I couldn't let it go although my plan was to buy it later this year. Connection with my current pre-amp is not ideal but everything was clarified by Dávid over couple of emails. All in all, great value, great communication and great selection of brands which are not so frequently presented/sold within EU.

I buy a lot of HiFi over the net and this was my first purchase with Muzix Audio. I bought a Hi-End DAC and I must say I was very impressed with the way the purchase was managed. Quick and accurate. The communication with Muzix Audio was excellent. They are really on top of their business. The delivery was very fast and rounded off an excellent buying experience. This will certainly lead to further purchases from Muzix Audio!

Ein Super-Onlineshop mit sehr guter Beratung, sehr guter und schneller Kommunikation, die Pakete nach Bayern sind mit DPD nur 2 Tage unterwegs und werden sofort nach Zahlungseingang (Paypal ist aktuell leider nicht möglich) zum Versand gebracht.
Dass 10% vom Kaufpreis im Rahmen von Kundenbindung beim nächsten Einkauf angerechnet werden … wo gibt es das sonst noch ?

I was looking at buying a pair of Shanling HW600 headphones and found muzix website selling them at a great price.Actually the best price in the EU. And the UK. I contacted them with a few questions and got an immediate response. They were very helpful and answered all my questions promptly. I went ahead and ordered the headphones. I received them in 5 days. Exceptional service to Ireland.. The headphones were very well packed. They sound really good and I am very happy with them. I would highly recommend muzix and look forward to further purchases from them

It is good to have at hand a store selling good Chinese Hi-Fi, like Gustard and Topping! The service is swift, the questions always answered, and the products come to your home in a record time (3-4 days to Norway, with is far less then from a Norwegian store around the corner!). I just wish Muzix.eu will keep growing with new high quality devices!

Prices are good, but beware of buying headphones! You cannot return them! They hide behind "hygiene" rules when a headphone is out of its box.
Furthermore they promise discounts, but these are al put in a virtual account, so no money is returned. When you try to buy a product of 55 eur with 50 on your virtual account,you can only use 15 eur as discount. Pretty fake in my opinion. So any "money" received as a discount can only be spent on expensive products from at least 4x the price of the virtual amount.

Faire Preise, Ware wird sorgfältig/gut verpackt und super schnell versendet. Die Idee das Loyalität belohnt wird in dem ein Rabatt auf ein Virtuelles Konto gelegt wird, finde ich super. Dachte erst das es dann wohl viele Kriterien gibt bis dieser Rabatt eingelöst werden kann. Dem scheint aber nicht so. Bei der letzten Bestellung konnte dieser Problemlos "eingelöst" werden. Vielen Dank! Ich werde sicher mal wieder was in Muzix Audio Shop finden was ich gerne haben möchte ;-)

I have made several purchases of units along with cables on Muzix and the prices are great, the loyalty program is nice, and things arrive quickly and in good condition. Basically everything you could ask for with online shopping, and then some. And now I've had the misfortune of having to experience filing a warranty claim with the company as well, something no one looks forward to.

One of the purchases I made was a Topping L70 earlier this year, and it has come to my attention that it is defective, the volume is not matching on the left and right channel and when you turn up past a certain point it clearly loses power in one side and it becomes noticeably louder in one channel compared to the other. Clearly a defective unit.
This is not to say anything bad about the manufacturer or Muzix as I have purchased several other Topping units from here in 2024 and am very happy with the performances of the rest of the units.

A month ago I made Muzix.eu aware of this faulty L70 unit, and even though it took some time to get the ball rolling, in part due to the busy holiday season, I was finally reached out to by a lovely employee, who despite my initial frustrations and negativity, kept a calm and professional demeanor and came back with several solutions to my predicament along with an apology and has been very forthcoming and quick to respond. He has truly made me feel valued and reinvigorated my faith in the company.

It has all in all been an initially slow, but otherwise wonderful customer experience with a satisfactory outcome.
