Ho acquistato da Muzix una meccanica streamer Shanling, spedizione velocissima e materiale perfettamente imballato. Naturalmente prezzo concorrenziale. Quindi negozio web consigliatissimo da parte mia, ce ne fossero così!

Nicht nur, daß ich meinen optimalen Partner Topping D70pro Sabre (besitze den A70pro) zu einem in Europa genial günstigen Preis erwerben konnte, ich habe ganz nebenbei auch einen Shop mit exzellentem Service entdeckt, den ich zukünftig bei derartigen Anschaffungen auf jeden Fall berücksichtigen werde!

Je ne comprends pas les avis. A mon avis des Fake.
J'ai acheté chez des écouteurs haut gamme qui après un essai de quelques jours n'ont pas du tout été concluant.
Alors que je souhaite retourner 1 semaine après le produit, l'entreprise me sort une directive européenne qui fait qu'ils ne reprennent pas les écouteurs pour des raisons d'hygiène.
Or lors de l'achat on vous dit que vous pouvez retourner l'article (sans l'avoir ouvert ni essayer en fait) cette directive n'est pas spécifié.
J'appelle ça de la mauvaise foi voir de la malhonnêteté. Parler d'arnaque serai un peu fort.
Mais c'est vraiment du non respect de sa clientèle.
J'en déduis que je peux pas non plus retourner les autres produits parce que je les ai touché.
J'en conclus qu'il n'y a aucun SAV.
Très très déçu....

Non conoscevo questo negozio online, mi ci sono imbattuto per caso cercando delle cuffie Hifiman.
Il sito mi è piaciuto subito, ben fatto e ben assortito di prodotti di qualità. Oltretutto il prezzo per le cuffie che cercavo era il migliore del web in quel momento. Prima dell'acquisto ho chiesto alcune informazioni e sono stati rapidi ed esaustivi nelle risposte.
Anche dopo l'acquisto ho avuto dei contatti e le risposte sono state ancora una volta immediate.
Insomma, direi un servizio clienti eccellente, e, non secondariamente, ottimi prezzi.

Nachdem nach einem Firmware Update mein Topping Centaurus Dac nicht mehr ansprechbar war, habe ich mit Muzix über Mail Kontakt aufgenommen. Der Support war hervorragend und freundlich. Da auch nach Rücksprache mit Topping seitens Muzix der Fehler nicht behoben werden konnte habe ich den Dac zu Muzix gesendet. Obwohl Topping der Meinung war ich hätte das Firmware-Update abgebrochen habe ich von Muzix umgehend ein neues Gerät zugeschickt bekommen.
Besser geht Support nicht.

Habe ich nach Österreich schon öffters bestellt ohne Sorge, letztemal eine hochwertiger DAP. Die Abläufe war immer sehr zügig, ab Bestellung bis zum Zustellung. Mitarbeiter sind sehr hilfreich und kompetent. Kommunikation funktioniert problemlos auch per Telefon.
Leider, während der Garantie ein Fehler aufgetreten in dem Gerät.
E-mail geschrieben, akzeptiert, Gerät zurück. Die Firma hat das Produkt an den Hersteller zurückgesandt, repariert geworden und im perfekten Zustand wieder zugestellt. Ohne Verzögerung und natürlich kostenlos. Ich stelle vor der Servicehinterground ist sehr gut bei Musix.eu. Besser geht`s nicht. Das Unternehmen ist ein real existierender Laden, nicht nur ein virtueller Webshop. Auch die Preise sind angemessen. Gerne wieder, empfehlenswert. Dankeschön

J’ai commandé un iBasso DX340 chez Muzix et je tiens à souligner la qualité remarquable du service client. Malgré un contexte de jours fériés et un délai serré, l’équipe a su s’adapter à mes contraintes et me conseiller de manière réactive et professionnelle. La communication a été fluide et humaine du début à la fin. L’envoi était rapide, bien emballé, et parfaitement exécuté.

Quant au produit — le DX340 — il s’agit sans doute du meilleur DAP que j’aie eu l’occasion d’écouter. Avec son DAC discret 1-bit, ses modules d’amplification interchangeables (AMP15 et AMP16 -acheté séparément), et son entrée DC 12V externe, il rivalise en expressivité et en réalisme avec des DAC de salon que j’utilise en parallèle (comme le Schiit Yggdrasil A1).

Le rendu sonore est à la fois neutre (avec AMP15) et organique (avec AMP16). La scène sonore est large et immersive, la dynamique impressionnante, et le timbre des instruments acoustiques tout simplement exceptionnel. Sur des IEMs comme le Final A8000, le DX340 révèle tout son potentiel.

Une expérience client et audiophile irréprochable. Je recommande sans hésitation Muzix à tout passionné exigeant.

Ich habe bei Muzix Audio im Rahmen einer Aktion Lautsprecherboxen KLH Model 3 bestellt, nach sofortiger Rückantwort meiner Frage bezüglich der Versandoptionen wurden sie bereits 2 Tage später an meine Adresse in Ostösterreich zugestellt. Dass die Boxen hervorragend klingen, hat mich als Besitzer von einem Paar KLH Model 5 nicht überrascht, sehr wohl aber die rasche und unkomplizierte Abwicklung von Bestellung und Zustellung durch Muzix-Audio! Absolut empfehlenswert!
