Prompt shipping, great price, really perfect experience.
Hope i do not need to have a claim since Muzix does not seem to have the best reputation.

Excellent service and product quality. I found a cable I was interested in. Besides the great quality, I have to compliment the accuracy, availability, and speed of shipping. Really good.

Great shop for all music/hifi lovers. All went perfect.

Excellent customer service. My order was promptly responded to, processed, and shipped. The item arrived within a few days. During this whole process I received emails updating me on every step. I really appreciate the professionalism.

The product bought was exactly as depicted. Shipping was fast. Packaging was good. Loyalty program is a great idea. All in all, a really pleasant experience. Highly recommended.

They sold me a faulty product, when I contacted them and got it to service nothing had changed other then wasting 1 mounth.

Good Prices,fast delivery,from Hungary to Lithuania 3-days.

Everything was perfect. I purchased a Morel Biggie speaker. Perfectly packaged parcel. Professionalism, competence and fast shipping.

How long would you expect a parcel to take from Hungary to the UK? Well this company got my parcel to me in ONE day! Given to courier on Monday and at my door on Tuesday! I couldn't believe it so checked the tracking details and sure enough there were all the journey details. (Only the UPS guy didn't want to wait for me to pay import duties so ran off leaving me a 'Sorry we missed you card'. He didn't even ring the doorbell. This is the second time he has done this - same guy. It was delivered the next day.) Cannot fault Muzix in any way!

Rapidez extrema, producto bien protegido y material de buena calidad. Resultado sobresaliente

Finally I have updated my beloved tube pre-amplifier from Musical Paradise MP-701 with the Kinki EX-P27. Having running the Kinki since one week now I can tell that this update was a great idea. OK it is another price category but I think it was more than worth it. Together with my amplifier FM300A clone connected to the Wahrfedale's Elysians 4 it has a tighter bass, more clarity and very neutral and detailed sound without being sharp or harsh anywhere. Also soundstage is little wider and separation of instruments is better. I can listen for hours without fatigue and one of the things I really love: It is completely silent, has wonderful black background with an exceptionally low noise floor. In no way I am missing the "tube sound" of the MP-701 and this is something which I wasn't expecting.
From the beginning Mr. Szabolcs Orbán has accompanied me during purchase, payment and after sales service with a very good and professional support. He gave me excellent tips how to improve my setup further. Now I am thinking of replacing the FM300A with another Kinki product, with the Power amplifier EX-M7. We will see later how this will develop. Until now I am very happy.

Todo perfecto y rápido. Compré un reproductor CD Shanling CD 80 II, y el paquete salió de Hungría el mismo día del pedido. A los 6 días ya lo tenía en casa.

Although I have not yet finalized a purchase, I greatly appreciated the prompt response times and the thorough explanations provided to all of my inquiries. Based on this experience, I can confidently recommend this seller. Mr. Orban’s professional attitude exceeded my expectations and left a very positive impression.
