I really appreciate the human touch in the way Musicbed communicates with its clients. It genuinely feels like you're chatting with a friend who's trying to help creators. Please don't lose that touch over time, it truly sets you apart from the competition.

My experience was very good; I received a clear and specific response. I really admire Musicbed's work in general—it helps us grow as filmmakers.

Great company, great customer service and a great selection of high quality music. The only thing I don’t like which prevents me from giving a 5 star review is the subscription model that locks you in for 12 months without an option for cancellation as well as the relatively steep price. I do feel I’m getting my moneys worth all in all but would be happier with more flexibility.

Musicbed is such a robust, creative platform that really places the music, artists, and filmmakers first. They're so helpful in finding tracks and licensing music for all levels of productions. We've been working with MusicBed for a decade now and they're just the best at what they do. And their sister company, FilmSupply extends the same ethos to highly polished stock footage. 10/10, they're the best!

I'm an independent singer-songwriter exploring sync licensing, and I would give five stars for my first experience with Musicbed.

For a number of reasons that truly matter to me. First, their response was timely, human, kind, and thoughtful. The customer service experience also showed me that they value transparency and accessibility.

When I reached out, a real person - thank you, Sydney - replied quickly with a clear path to the artist submission form. No runaround, no obstacles. Independent artists know very well that a lot of times those messages tend to be ignored or it takes a lifetime to get an answer. She was honest about the high volume of submissions and set realistic expectations, which I respect tremendously.

The form itself was simple and well-designed, asking the right questions - including clearance rights, which tells me they are a company that actually cares about working with artists who can license cleanly.

It's still early, so I can't yet speak to placement outcomes. But I had a great first impression: warm, transparent, and easy to navigate. That's rare, and it's exactly the kind of interaction that makes an artist want to keep building the relationship.

I had an issue that I needed taken care of, and I called and spoke with Sydney Nelson in the Musicbed Client Services department. She was friendly and listened to my issue and started working on a resolution. She told me that she'd need to get back with me, and she did. I was thankful to be speaking with a live, kind person...not a bot. Her customer service was excellent.

Music bed has given memorable and mind blowing music for my YouTube videos. I really love the collection they have. However I would like to request to add Indian genre classical music in their list. That will change the game

I’m very grateful for the professional and helpful support I received. I wanted to switch from a monthly subscription to an annual membership before my current monthly plan had ended. The support team clearly explained the process and seamlessly arranged the change for me, scheduling the automatic transition to the annual plan at the appropriate time.
