Mudfords Ltd Arvostelua

All was great, got the package, but ZERO communication - ordered on late Fri, granted was not expecting anything over the weekend, but Wednesday arrived, still no comms, and then suddenly just as I was about to chase, the courier turned up with the packages.

An email saying order received, order processed, order dispatched, order delivered, may seem OTT to some, but for others being kept informed is paramount

Delivered precisely what I wanted, on time, and to the right address

Good quality 👌 thanks

Slight issue finding my click and collect order but quickly sorted. Pleasant and helpful staff.

I made an order during the onset of flooding here in Somerset. We were not able to receive delivery at our address because our road is currently shut but had delivery made to a neighbour. Mudford staff ensured we knew when the delivery was to be expected and by whom it would be made. They have excellent service.
