Hi Martin, thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I can only apologise you received a delayed response from us as we are experiencing a high volume of queries. We are working hard to make sure we respond to customers as quickly as we can during our busiest time. Thank you for your understanding.
The customer should be informed that the return to Great Britain will take place. Since DPD no longer delivers to Great Britain since January, there was a very high return cost of 30 €.
Since I ordered my Muck DE, I assumed that the delivery would also take place within Germany. A return to a part of the company in Germany was not possible but it had to be sent back to Great Britain.

Very slow delivery time
Very slow delivery time. Hardly enough time to send a return when i needed to. One boot feels much wider around the ankle than the other. Disappointing.

Hi Marie, thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I've taken a look at the order journey and although we dispatched your parcel on the same day that you placed the order. It seems the parcel was undergoing customs clearance for quite a number of days. I have passed this invaluable feedback on to the Logistics team, we really appreciate it and we will try our best to see what improvements we can make.

Great boots.
Speedy delivery. Very comfortable and true to size. Brilliant for mucking out barn or walking the fields. Bought a cosy lined pair for winter and a lighter pair for summer which cover all year. At 40%discount, an excellent buy.

The products are well designed and generally built to withstand heavy use.
( I’ve a little homestead, and herself wore her first pair of muck boot nearly every day for 12hrs a day and they have held up extremely well)
Only very recently did I have to contact the manufacturer for an unfortunate issue that arose.
The costumer service provided was prompt to respond and acted in a fair manner.
As a direct result- I’m happy to recommend muck boot to all.
You will not be disappointed!!
