Thank you for leaving this feedback, we are thrilled to hear you are happy with your purchase!
Never again

Hello Volker, thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I understand this review relates to the same courier issue you've been experiencing. I've looked into your order and can confirm you have been fully refunded. We recognise the frustration this has caused, and we are working to improve our services. We've actually started a new initiative to save our customers return costs by locating returns to Europe.

Ich kaufte letztes Jahr 2 Paar Muck…
Ich kaufte letztes Jahr 2 Paar Muck Originals Pull On Ankle.

The boots are almost perfect, fits well, nice warm but there is only 1 problem. You only can use them for two years only in the winter time and then you get wet feet. And then you don’t have guarantee. Now they deliver me the fourth piece, I hope these are better. If not then it is the last time.

Hi Roos, we are delighted to hear this, we hope you enjoy your new Muck Boots!
You changed your sizes
You changed your sizes, UK 8 is not a EU 42 anymore, but a 41, therefore too small. I had to send back two pairs, almost 30 Euros for nothing and totally evitable.
