Nothing is ever to much trouble for him, or any of the other people within MSB for that matter. I would highly recommend my solicitor, Neil for their excellent service and support throughout the sale of my business. From start to finish, they were professional, approachable and extremely helpful, making what can often be a stressful process much easier to manage.
Their communication was clear, they kept me updated throughout, and they handled everything efficiently to ensure the sale was completed successfully.
A big thank you for all your hard work, dedication and patience. I genuinely appreciate everything you have done to help me get the sale over the line. Excellent service from start to finish. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and professional solicitor.

I had a great experience with MSB Solicitors. From start to finish, Francesca and Mollie were brilliant, and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Francesca is extremely knowledgeable and professional, and she handled my case very well. She supported me through a very difficult period in my life, and her guidance made things much more manageable. Francesca always kept me informed throughout the process, explained things clearly, and was available whenever I needed her. Her communication was excellent, and she always responded promptly to any questions or concerns I had. She was always one step ahead, which gave me confidence and peace of mind throughout the process.

I am incredibly grateful to Francesca and Mollie for their support, and I would highly recommend them and MSB Solicitors.

Purchased a property via auction and MSB came recommended to handle the legal side of the purchase. Sakib was my case handler and ensured everything went smoothly. Communication was clear, ensuring completion was done quickly and in line with expected dates.

Whole process for purchase was very smooth, and our request to complete quickly was understood.
Sakib followed up on queries and responded without delay and made the transaction easy.

I would strongly recommend this firm & was very grateful in particular for the help Amanda provided as she significantly reduced my anxiety with her warm & competent approach

From the very beginning to the very end Alison and Demi were brilliant explained everything always kept me in the loop answered every call they went above and beyond I can’t recommend this firm enough

Was a great help with removing our CFAS marker which was put on my company with any justification. Kept me informed and price structure was very fair .

MSB is the best . They picked up my case with llyods , they follow up and advice was great . JohnMccreany and team helped me through all stages . I had given up on the complaint, and had previously contacted other firms whose names I can’t mention and they told me I don’t stand a chance . I wish I could give 6 star rating

Excellent service as always

Charles at MSB was absolutely excellent throughout our purchase.

Buying a property can be a stressful and complicated business, but Charles brought exactly what you want from a solicitor: professionalism, sound judgement, attention to detail and, perhaps most importantly, a genuinely personal approach.

He was approachable, straightforward and always gave us the confidence that our interests were being properly looked after. It's refreshing to deal with someone who combines real expertise with a willingness to explain things clearly and get things done.

We couldn't have asked for better representation and would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Charles and MSB to anyone looking for a first-class solicitor.

A thoroughly deserved five stars.

Professional and got me through everything would use again , Alison Sharples mostly and Paul Gallagher, Kevin Kelly and Jessica Jones , recommended

I am so very grateful to MSB solicitors for all the help and support they gave me.

Stephen Butchard was very helpful and explained everything very carefully. And the reception staff are very helpful and polite.

Steven Butchart was knowledgeable and efficient. He gave pertinent advice that will save some tax on a probate property sale. We would highly recommend him to others in a similar situation.
