Very helpful in handling the legal aspects of my mixed use property remortgage with Interbay.

I have worked with msb 3 times now on 3 seperate bridging loans and can’t fault them at all. They are professional and unlike a lot of solicitors always respond straight away and work at a quick pace. Jess Byrne and Emma lynch are always helpfull and never make you feel like you are pestering them when asking for updates. Highly recommend them both.

I expected professional guidance, responsiveness, and meaningful support. I did not feel that I received any of those things. It took forever for my payment to be confirmed, and almost none of my emails received a response. I practically just paid for a single email to the police. Something that, in hindsight, did not require legal consultation and that I could easily have written myself. After that, I experienced almost a year of no communication. What frustrated me most was the lack of support after I received an NFA. Nearly two months later, I am still dealing with the law enforcement regarding the same case, yet I was completely disregarded once the NFA was issued, even though the case has not yet finalised at all. Being under investigation is already an extremely stressful and anxiety inducing experience, and the lack of care and communication from the people you have hired with what little money you have to represent or advise you only makes that substantially more traumatic. DO NOT HIRE THIS FIRM FOR A CRIMINAL CASE. You would have more luck with chatgpt representing you than working with them.
