Ordering was very straight forward and my tissue box cover is exactly as expected from the photographs online. I am a repeat customer of Mrs Alice and would highly recommend this company.

I came across Mrs Alice on instagram and visited their website “wow just wow” I wanted to buy everything !!
After having tons of stuff in my basket I finally checked out with 3 rechargeable lamps
2 Christmas ones. Nutcracker and the tree
1 bird one which I can use all year round
When I received my order it was like Christmas. The packaging and wrapping with ribbon bows made it very special.
I quickly got the shades and bulbs on the lamps and switched in LOVE LOVE LOVE them

Tea lights were missing from my order, rendering the small lamps I’d ordered useless. Having raised this with customer service, new tea lights were despatched. They were received next day, which I really appreciated.

The sheer delight of how the packages were delivered made my day. Each item was not only individually wrapped but done so beautifully. It made the receipt of the items feel like a whole heap of presents and that is before I even comment on the quality of the goods. Cannot expound enough to say how happy it made me

Website is easy to use and has a nice seasonal vibe. The order arrived quickly and item was neatly boxed as it was a fragile item.

Order was supposed to have been shipped Oct 30th! Never let me know it wasnt I followed up and they state one of six items was backordered- told them to refund that item and ship the rest- went back to them two weeks later- they still had not shipped anything. They have a beautiful website but zero service! I question if they are going
Out of business as there are other recent reviews that state very similar experiences. Feels like a sham operation.

Thrilled with the flowers I bought

I accidentally ordered the wrong size tablecloth, so the next day I emailed customer service to see if they could switch the size for me. Sarah on the customer care team reached out within an hour or so, and said it was no problem that she had sent me an invoice to my email to make it easy to pay the difference in the item I ordered vs the one I wanted. and just like that it was completed. I have been a Mrs. Alice fan for quite some time on social media, and I love seeing all of the behind the scenes. But you can tell that the team actually cares as much as Alice does and truly takes care of the customers. I will be ordering much more in the years to come! Thank you !!!
