Love this company!

The attention to packaging is incredible. The delicate shell mirror was packed so well and meticulously, I was really impressed. And the mirror itself is beautiful and so well made. I also ordered some little tea light holders and the packaging was beautiful, pretty paper and lovely ribbons round it. Gorgeous products. Careful safe packing. Pretty presentation. A pleasure to deal with a company that oozes quality.

Good service

I ordered a Lily of the Valley jug for Christmas present. Unfortunately, the day after my order I received an email stating there was a 20% price reduction!
Aside from that, communication was good & jug arrived in beautiful packaging. So nice that I’m going to give it direct to my niece without opening

Amazing customer service

Amazing customer service. The table lamp I ordered was not quite right, I reported it and within a week I received a replacement, no questions asked. Very efficient and beautiful design.

Mini but great!

I've just received my two mini pagoda lanterns! I am so happy to see how beautiful and sweet they are! Perfectly made, they added a warm charm to the room. They arrived surprisingly quickly and were packed safely. Surely this is not my last order from this shop. Thank you Mrs Alice!

Giant owl figures

I bought the giant owl figures and they are beautiful. Really good quality and will look stunning as part of autumn or Christmas decor. Would also like to mention the beautiful packaging they arrived in, a lot of care had gone into the presentation. Will definitely be buying and getting inspiration from here again
