It broke the first night I opened it. It only worked for about an hour. The button no longer works. It does not glow. I cannot get the light to turn on or off. I thought when I paid more money, it would be higher quality, but I could’ve paid for the same Chinese lamp for cheaper on Amazon. I just emailed customer service hoping to hear back soon.

I just adore this brand! The customer service and products are absolutely spot on with quality and timeliness. As an interior designer I see a lot of fabrics and wallpapers, and these are definitely up there with the higher end offerings but with a far more reasonable price point. Alice and Serena - you've created a truly magnificent brand. Kudos to you! Xx

Commande passée le 29 mars je ne sais pas où en est ma commande ni quand je vais la recevoir . De plus grosse surprise lors du paiement frais de port exorbitants . Rien n’est précisé avant .
Très déçue j’espère ne pas m’être faite avoir ….

Parcel arrived quickly.
Was excited to see the gift I had purchased for my granddaughters first Easter. The basket was dented in. The handle was crushed. Pieces of glue string were attached the ribbon. Just very disappointed, especially due to the price paid. Sent pictures off and heard nothing back. Am hoping for a full refund due to sub standard item received plus I have no gift for my granddaughter!

I adore my new tablecloth, such lovely colours of green. Can’t wait to use it on Easter Sunday.

What a fabulous collection - I wanted everything! My rattan bowl is perfect for holding Easter treats and for any other occasion.

Well made with good attention to detail (I’m quite picky when it comes to (my) quality control!) using beautiful fabrics. The price is pretty good too!

The main item that I had ordered specifically for Easter, given the mega Easter campaign by Mrs Alice on Instagram outlining deliveries would arrive BEFORE Easter (I deliberately placed order some weeks back) were not shipped. When I eventually proactively emailed after some weeks to understand what was causing hold up, I was told main item would arrive AFTER Easter and would that be okay. I am sure there was a good reason for this hiccup but a) maybe proactively update your customers when there is an unexpected delay b) don't make a song and dance over your boatful Easter decorations if you plan to send them to customers after event has passed.

Fantastic shop and absolutely superb customer service. We bought some Easter Egg trees and since they were damaged during shipping they were replaced within days! I have never experienced such a nice and customer friendly service! Most recommended!
