🎀 Understated Luxury & Beautifully Realised 🎀

My first experience with Mrs. Alice has been nothing short of exceptional. I purchased two lamp shades along with two rechargeable lamps, and from the moment the parcel arrived to the unveiling of each piece, I was met with a sense of refined craftsmanship and thoughtful care. 🌸🌹

The packaging was impeccably presented: elegant, meticulous, and clearly designed with the customer experience in mind. Such attention to detail is increasingly rare in the UK, and unwrapping each item was a genuinely gratifying experience.🎁

The lamps now sit beautifully in my hallway and by the window, subtly transforming my home. They not only bring warmth and harmony to the space, but also convey the distinctive elegance and timeless character that define🎀 Mrs. Alice 🎀.

This purchase was both a delightful surprise and a memorable experience. I look forward to returning to Mrs. Alice 👸🏼 in the future and once again enjoying a shopping experience that feels both personal and sincerely considered.

Almost perfect

Whilst my order arrived a little later than I expected. The packaging was adorable and such a luxurious experience to open, my two rattan turkey's are adorable and much nicer than the pictures express. So happy with my purchase.
Would have been five stars if they had arrived in time for our Thanksgiving party.

Order not Delivered - No Communication from Company

I placed an order on 4 December (Order #156559) for items I require for a dinner party I am hosting tomorrow (13 December). At the time of my order, each of the items were reflected as being in stock and the estimated shipping time indicated I would receive my items ahead of my event. My account was immediately debited.

It is now 12 December and I have not received any communication from the company nor I have received any order updates. When I attempted to track my order on the website, I was retroactively informed that one of the items was back ordered. This was not indicated at the time of my initial order. I have requested to cancel my order and for the full amount to be refunded and have still not received any communication from the company. I query whether this company is a going concern.

We can confirm that your order was cancelled and a full refund was processed over the weekend back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take a few business days for the funds to appear in your account.

My order arrived quicker than I thought as it was all monogrammed. It came beautifully packaged inside a stunning Christmas gift box. Can’t wait to see my girls faces when they open their gifts. Really great company to deal with.

Candlesticks and bows

Candlesticks, candles and bows with names as placeholders very beautiful and packaged in a sublime way . Thanks. I didn’t give the last star because it’s a bit too expensive for me . However I recommend it for those who appreciate the elegant and tasteful Christmas table.
