She helped me in the selection very professionally. The apartment matched the photos and I didn't even look at it before moving in. The entire search, support, and signing of the contract with the landlord were online, which is very convenient when living in other regions of Germany.

I am totally satisfied with the result of renting process (speed of finding customer, pricing etc), but the technical support has deteriorated. I live abroad, so I need assistance in resolving problems like repairing things, arranging some installations. In my case the exhaust system Bora was not working and a dryer should have been installed. In none of this small issues Mr. Lodge could help. Ok, I saved my money by arranging technical services with Bora directly and asking my friends to buy a dryer and installation in Saturn. The question is why Mr Lodge was unable to do this. The technical support for small repairs was also required but it passed 2 weeks and nobody has contacted my tenant so far. Actually, in my situation I pay a lot of attention on such things, that I don’t need to worry about flat maintenance being far away. For about 10 years I am a client of Mr. Lodge and this is the first time I have encountered such situation.

I think Mr Lodge is a very good option if you are moving from abroad and quickly and easily want to find a furnished apartment that you can rent without physically going on a viewing. It is a bit more expensive compared to other agencies, but for the convenience I think it is worth it.

Timing and pre-qualification of potential tenants:
Early announcement of tenant change and ad out middle of June for August 1. Then very few appointments for 5 weeks followed by many appointments end of July, but few of them qualified or useful, like people finding out about distance to workplace at the visit, instead of before on Google Maps.

Very great and professional service. The agents respond in a timely manner and help through the entire process of renting an apartment. They also follow up and check in on you months after making sure everything is okay. I highly recommend.
