My item was delivered damaged I reach out & get a standard copy & paste reply. The box had a giant hole punched in it & item doesn’t work I have no proof of purchase but my order number I have given several times. Customer service is horrible I will never purchase anything anywhere from Mr Christmas again

After Christmas they have great sales! I bought a 30 in. C-9 bulb wreath, a Halloween c-9 bulb wreath,a c-9 bulb table top tree, & a Grinch flying tree topper. They are just beautiful! I have purchased many things over the years from Mr Christmas & they last! Quality & great craftsmanship are in their products. Their prices tell of their products worth! It's a name that has been around for many years & have trusted.

Love the ceramic trees, I'm slowly building a collection of them.

Your pearlized mercury glass retro snowman is fabulous! Your delivery was quick and no damage occurred en route to me. Your products over the years have been and continue to be imaginative and well made.

I bought 4 of these this season. The first for my mother, then my wife and finally my two sisters. I was so blow away by the intricacies and details and movements of the carousel from my mother’s that I had to buy one for each of the other important women in my life. I would recommend a Mr. Christmas carousel for anyone who wants to add a beautiful piece of high end decor to their homes for the holiday.

I ordered a few items last year after Christmas for use this Christmas. One item was the 10ft. outdoor climbing Santa. This item worked perfectly for 3 days then Santa stopped climbing. I disconnected and then reconnected all wires. This did not help. After speaking with someone from Suntronics, the company that repairs items for Mr. Christmas I was disappointed to hear they do not really repair items, just sell parts.
Another item was the Santa riding a construction lift
(indoor item) After a week this item started making a "grinding" noise and did not operate as it should have. Although we have other Mr. Christmas items that work well we are disappointed with the lack of repair service offered by Mr. Christmas. I will be questioning whether I will buy anything else from this company.

The singing reindeer is so cute. The grandchildren just love it. I ordered it late & was so happy that I received it well before Christmas so it could be enjoyed this year. Thank you Mr. Christmas for the quick turnaround time.

I sent them 3 emails and they never responded about my order. I would never order from them again. Terrible customer service.

One of the items in my order was defective. I contacted customer service immediately about getting a refund or replacement for the defective item. I was asked to produce a lot of information before you would assist me. I produced the information, but as of today, I still have not received a return label for the item. I will be disputing the charge with my credit card. I understand that sometimes a defective item is shipped to a customer, but there is no excuse for the poor customer service that followed. It would be very unlikely that ai would purchase from your company in the future, based upon this experience.

My gifts came very quickly and in excellent condition! Very happy with my selection!

Received a contaminated product and was told
I would get refunded. I run a daycare and I was made to feel understood about not wanting to handle item. I was told I could get refund or replacement so I got rid of it to make sure it was a safe environment for my daycare kids. Just to be told I would not be getting a replacement or refund
