I have wanted a ceramic Christmas tree for years and would never buy it for myself. I finally bought the tree and couldn't be happier! I truly felt like a kid at Christmas!

Received a damaged item, been waiting on a resolution since 01/04. Unacceptable customer service and poor product quality, such a shame.

I bought the Grinch climber with the sleigh for my husband for Christmas. It was broken right out of the package. I have contacted customer service several times and still have not received a solution. I received 2 emails back asking for videos in which case I provided proof of it being broken. I have been sending the same emails with the videos attached since last Thursday and still have not gotten a response. I have a feeling I lost $130.00. I have several Mr Christmas items and this is the first I have had an issue with. I would not recommend buying online. I would go to the store. At least you can return it if it’s broken. Very disappointed.

Love the little deer! Was so taken with it; he stands in the foyer greeting people. I especially like there is a timer. Mr Christmas products make Christmas so joyful!

I received a damaged product, so I sent an email to Mr. Christmas' Customer Service. It was after hours, but I received a reply in about 15 minutes! I was provided instructions on what to send, like pictures of the damage and proof of purchase. I had an email that a refund was initiated the next day. I've never received such a satisfactory resolution so fast from a vendor. I was disappointed the item was damaged and no replacement was available but I'm very happy with how Mr. Christmas made things right

Product arrived not working. Contacted Customer Service the same day I received. Someone wrote back but to this day I have not received a resolution as to if I'm being sent a new one or getting a refund.

I have wanted the Heirloom Music Box for a while and I am so happy I snagged it after Christmas. It has beautiful detail and will add such a nostalgic element to our décor next Christmas.
