Worst company ever! You don’t want to help if there is a problem. I had to file a dispute to get you to answer my emails. I seriously doubt I would ever buy from you again!

I have ordered several Mr. Christmas items and love them all! These are my go-to decorations every year. I have been lucky getting exactly what I want after the holidays at a great sale price. Items ship fast and are very well packaged.

The availabilty of the item I wanted was in stock at a fantastic price. Was also pleased to see that if any repairs are needed, the company may be able to service the product.

Absolutely love my RBG ceramic tree. Shipping was fast and the tree was well packed.

Shipping took longer than expected and the it’s was a bit smaller than expected. But all in all… not bad.

I really wanted a traditional Mr Christmas tree but they were sold out everywhere. I decided to give the lime tree a try. I love it! It’s still got a traditional classic look and feel but it is also fun! I couldn’t be happier!

I was disappointed that the 24" Christmas tree had clear light bulbs, as the photo looked like they were colored.

Item that arrived did not work. Customer service asked for info. I sent it all, it’s been 4 days ans they are not responding

The speaker system was very bad
Could not hear unless held the phone to your ear and even then it was difficult to hear
Not satisfied with that

They were easy to work with and responded quickly when I had an issue with one of the items I ordered.

When my ceramic tree from Mr. Christmas arrived damaged, I emailed their customer service and let them know. They shipped out a replacement tree to me right away. I was very pleased with their prompt communication.

The carousel that I bought this past Christmas was not only beautiful, but sounded great as well. I enjoyed it enough that I kept it up even after I had put away my Christmas tree. I thought it was so beautiful and well-made that I got a couple of ornaments and their train to use in the coming Christmas.

The clear lights on the bottom of the wreath are not lit.

Products were all intact and packaged good.
Delivery was fast and the price for the items are really good. Products are great quality.

Had a problem with broken product regarding the return.

The tree is beautiful and works well but the black plastic disc that was attached under the tree was broke off. I have to tape it up to the tree with packing tape. I have reached out to get a better way to fix it but haven't heard back. should I glue it and if so what kind of adhesive should I use?

Mr. Christmas carousels are the best! I buy one every year for myself and gifts..
Everyone is absolutely amazed at how beautiful they are, a keepsake for years to come.

We received the order quickly and the instructions were easy to follow. We enjoyed the songs and watching Santa go up and down ladder. It’s cute and well designed. Several friends have enjoyed it too.

I and family were very happy with the Ferris wheel and Going home for the holidays! The detail and sound are awesome. Can’t wait for next year to display them.
