Great customer service
After a sad experience of Mozillion being unable to supply me with the phone I ordered I bought a new phone through Amazon.
I then had difficulty transferring the eSIM to my new phone so phone Customer Services this morning and after speaking to Teagan got an email either a new QR code. Very stupidly I used the code on the old phone instead of the new one. ( it’s an age thing).
So phoned Mozillion customer services again and got yet another eSIM QR code which has worked perfectly. Thank you team.
Very prompt delivery of SIM
Very prompt delivery of SIM, smooth transition from previous supplier, good information to update on the process throughout. Happy with network too.
Good value for money
Good value for money. Same phone on amazon was £180 more expensive.
Only downside was that the delivery company sent it to the wrong address. But it was nice to meet the neighbours when we went to collect it.

Really I should have given 5 stars, because all my questions were answered in a quick and easy to understand manner. The only reason that I gave 4 stars was there was a typing error, which actually gave a misleading reply.
Excellent customer services
Customer services was so helpful pleasant and polite when I phoned to say my sim had not arrived this was because of easter bank holidays and royal mail did not deliver my post till 4.35pm which had never happened before. I was told if I hadn't received my sim by 4pm another would be sent out to arrive the next day so I contacted customer services just before 4pm and mozillion sent it by tracked post I was so impressed with the service and care for your customers
Ducking their duty and contravening the law
Started out ok but the brand new handset they sent me was faulty ( ghost touches randomly activating things on screen without contact) and it got very hot with normal use. This is a known reported fault with Samsung S26 series handsets. Mozillion tried to blame everything else except acknowledging the handset had a fault. Their response was to ask me to pay and insure the return and limit their return postal funding to £8.75 which is not compliant with UK law since the fault was reported within 30 days - they must cover the full reasonable return costs. They then sent me Reddit posts on a completely different issue. Poor customer service that is wasting my time and causing me to have to quote the Consumer Rights Act in order to get them to assit me as they must by UK law. Once they received the device they ran a very short term test (less than 24 hours) and came back saying "no fault found" - pushing me to either accept the phone back or send to Samsung for repair and threatening further charges. This ignores my Short Term Right To Reject (within 30 days) and again contravenes the the 2015 Consumer Rights Act. When I rejected further inspection - as is lawful - and insisted on a refund - they refused and said they won't do anything until inspected by Samsung (which may take 30 days). All this time I am without the handset I am paying for.

Worst experience First time I tried Mozillion. I live in Essex. No Signal inside the house. I called GP and the receptionist couldn't hear anything what I speaking.. Need to come out for clear voice..

Easy to purchase online, great price, arrived following day.
Worked straight off, good signal quality’s and speed 4G only at mo tho in my area. :( last check 150mb down, 60mB up, easy to monitor account online. And Just ported across # simple. All seems great so far. 👍
Switched providers....
Bought a new SIM card, 24 month plan, very reasonably priced. Transferred my number over from my other provider. Everything went smoothly. Lots of updates via email and text.
Great option
Had a few issues on the initial order. That could be improved. But otherwise the phone is great. The notifications and direct debit has been smooth.
