I'm really impressed with the reception quality at my holiday home. It's brilliant.

Good value. Sill on EE but cheaper for network and phone

I've given you four stars as we are waiting for our numbers to switch o Thursdsy fingers crossed. As a technophobe I was really worried it would all go wrong and seemed to be too good to be true. But it seems to be going well.

Am with Mozillion since Sept 2025 and pay £6 for 10GB and my partner is with EE and pay around £23 for 12GB -both sims has EU roaming included. Both of us went aboard together recently and I find Mozillion had better connectivity compared to EE in Belgium and France (not sure whether it is the phone, as my phone is older). The only downside is, Mozillion needed a phone restart after arrival in a new country while EE seamlessly worked without restart.

How I wish I had known Mozillion before now. The service is excellent. Their response is superb. Everything about Mozillion is great. Got my phone and sim few days ago.

Fast delivery, easy switch

Response from support was received in reasonable time and support agent sent detailed information KM how yo resolve the issue.

Great, efficient service. Only issue I had was that I had to choose the date my PAC code would transfer before knowing when my new phone would be delivered meaning that I was without use of a phone for a day or so until I took delivery of the new phone as my number had been transferred

Kept informed of process all the way, nice new phone and similar package for same price O2 were raising their charges to.

Excellent SIM packages. We have phoned 3 times with queries and couldn't have had better customer support. Just starting out contract now but don't except to have any issues given the excellent service so far.

I mistakenly signed up for a 24 month contract and didn't realise until the email came through. I reached out via the email link on the website and within 2 hours Cristian in support had cancelled the sign up and arranged a refund.
Top class customer service!

Great experience so far, the connection has been completed quickly. It is only overshadowed by the complete nightmare of my previous network. I've only been using the new Mozillion connection for a few days and so far I am finding it more reliable even in rural areas whilst doing my delivery work. It is definitely far better value than the previous network.

My biggest criticism with Mozillion is a mobile app which has the same branding but appears to be for shopping and with no other connection to the mobile phone service. This means I can't check my data usage or update my account through an app.

On a seperate note, I'll never recommend Trustpilot which is a protection racket by demanding payment to remove fake reviews and help scammers by removing their bad reviews when they breach terms. There is a great Reddit post with more information.

After a sad experience of Mozillion being unable to supply me with the phone I ordered I bought a new phone through Amazon.
I then had difficulty transferring the eSIM to my new phone so phone Customer Services this morning and after speaking to Teagan got an email either a new QR code. Very stupidly I used the code on the old phone instead of the new one. ( it’s an age thing).
So phoned Mozillion customer services again and got yet another eSIM QR code which has worked perfectly. Thank you team.

Very prompt delivery of SIM, smooth transition from previous supplier, good information to update on the process throughout. Happy with network too.

Good value for money. Same phone on amazon was £180 more expensive.
Only downside was that the delivery company sent it to the wrong address. But it was nice to meet the neighbours when we went to collect it.

Sim cards arrived as stated and easy to follow instructions supplied. Old sims removed and Phone working with new sims within 5 minutes
