ordered sim card on saturday choose esim if you can
ordered sim on saturday and my number was transferred on the wednesday….. but my sim card hadn’t arrived by thursday afternoon over 24hrs after number transferred and left without a working phone …. ended up calling customer service off a friends fone who ended up emailing a qr code for an esim and within 10 mins was back on a network

First time using Mozillion....impressed!
First time using Mozillion after being mentioned on Martin Lewis' show. Although a smaller company that the 'biggies', customer service was excellent at helping me get set-up. Their pricing is also very attractive by comparison, as well as no mid-contract price hikes!

Excellent product, excellent service highly recommend.
I spoke to an actual person on the telephone. That in itself these days is marvellous.
Then that person was bright, helpful and very pleasant.
I received good advice and ordered a SIM card.
It arrived by first class mail a day later.
It works brilliantly and I am so pleased I am going to switch my current mobile SIM to Mozillion.

Took the plunge after reading great…
Took the plunge after reading great reviews. Decided on the new s26 ultra. Unlimited everything at the fraction of the cost at EE! Came next day. Was going to take 6 days to transfer number so I emailed and they replied straight away and did it within 24 hours. Cant fault them.

Brilliant service at a brilliant price
Very fast delivery of SIM card. Ordered 5pm Thursday arrived by lunchtime Friday. I was concerned that it wouldn’t arrive in time for me going away and contacted Mozillion who replied very quickly and with options. Amanda’s customer service was amazing. Very helpful and very quick to reply to my messages. Back to SIM card… popped into my phone and got twice the data speed (5G) compared to my SIM (4G) from another bigger network. Also, twice the data for £3 less per month. Thanks!!

Very competitive prices
Very competitive prices , easy ordering process …. Had an issue as received wrong size case and screen protector with my order, but this was rectified and corrected one sent to me within a couple of days.

My son, set it all up for me as he has bought the same phone and been pleased with it and it is cheaper than same phone from Tesco. Less time 2 years. Better sim with EE. Have broadband with EE, as well. Kept me informed all the way through, even to sorting DHL, delivery out, as said my address wasn't able to find! Thank you 😊 a
