No reply to my emails regarding the deposit. Still haven’t received anything back. Returned the car exactly 2 months ago.
Wish I’ve read all the below complaints before doing business with this company.

Absolute garbage reaction. How can you have a banking/technical problem that lasts
2 months. Serious advice is to spend a little more on an a-brand car rental instead of this pile of garbage that dares to call itself a company.

Kaution hängt seit 5 Wochen
Wagen am 10.10. zurückgegegen. Bis heute am 17.11. noch keine Kaution (1.500 Euro) erstattet bekommen, obwohl keine Mängel etc. festgestellt wurden. Wohlgemerkt, Betrag wurde abgebucht, nicht vorgemerkt.

Noleggio auto presso aeroporto di Cagliari Elmas. Tutto perfetto. Prenotazione, ritiro e riconsegna veloci e senza problemi. Auto (Ford Puma a benzina con cambio automatico) in ottime condizioni complessive. Non ho dato il massimo dei voti per la non perfetta pulizia del veicolo e la totale mancanza di acqua per i tergicristalli.

Leider muss ich einen Stern vergeben, weil ich sonst keine Bewertung abgeben kann. Moventur/ Olbia-Airport …Das Fahrzeug entsprach der gebuchten Kategorie. Es war sehr schmutzig. Nach der Rückgabe wurde uns zusätzlich eine Reinigung in Rechnung gestellt. Außerdem erhielten wir eine Rechnung für einen Strafzettel, den wir nicht gesehen haben, erklären können wir uns dessen Entstehung auch nicht. Die Rückzahlung der Kaution steht noch immer aus (Anmietung 07/2025) jetzt befinden wir uns im November…..nie wieder!

ci dispiace leggere che la sua esperienza non sia stata all’altezza delle aspettative, in particolare per quanto riguarda il rimborso del deposito cauzionale.
Purtroppo, in alcuni casi, possono verificarsi rallentamenti dovuti a verifiche tecniche o bancarie, ma comprendiamo perfettamente il suo disappunto.
Ci scusiamo per il disagio e ci impegniamo a risolvere il tutto nel più breve tempo possibile.

FRAUD! Can't recommend at all. Four months later and I'm still waiting for my 1000 € deposit! None of my emails or calls were answered so far... My lawyer will now get in touch. The car was dirty with oil and tyre pressure lights on at pick up.
- Another month went by and still no response...

Долгий возврат депозита
Добрый день.
Брали в аренду машину в этой компании. На данный момент остался только отрицательный опыт. Во первый при получении машины нам не сообщили заранее, что депозит будет составлять 1000 евро, к чему мы были не готовы. Мы заплатили. Нам обещали вернуть это деньги в течении от 7 до 40 дней. Машину брали 18 июля 2025 на 5 дней, сегодня 12 ноября деньги все еще не вернули. Звоню периодически, обещают вернуть, но все бесполезно. Не советую эту компанию. Больше не буду пользоваться услугами этой компании.

Unreturned Deposit and Unresponsive Customer Service
I rented a car from Moventur Olbia from 10–18 September 2025. The car was returned on time, in perfect condition, with a full tank — as confirmed in the official return report provided by Moventur.
However, nearly 8 weeks later, my €1,000 deposit has still not been refunded. I have sent multiple messages and received no meaningful response from the company.
This is completely unacceptable and a breach of basic customer and consumer rights within the EU. Holding a deposit for this long after a verified damage-free return is unprofessional and gives the impression that Moventur relies on customer inaction.
I strongly advise others to avoid Moventur until they demonstrate transparent and timely handling of security deposits.
UPDATE: it has now been two and a half months since the rental period ended, and the 1000€ security deposit remains unfunded. I expect it to be refunded soon.

Kaution nicht zurückgezahlt, Finger weg!
Wir haben im August 2025 ein Fahrzeug über Check24, Autoeurope bei Moventur gebucht. Abholung und Rückgabe waren ohne Probleme. Jedoch wurde die Kaution von der Kreditkarte abgebucht und bis heute nicht zurückerstattet. Wir haben schon mehrmals bei Check24 nachgefragt.
Der Anwalt wird jetzt eingeschaltet, damit wir unser Geld kriegen.
