Great service, helpful and friendly.

It was a very straightforward transaction, firstly taken to the car and left alone to look around sit in and get a feel for it. After that went with the salesman and completed the test drive paperwork. I then took the car out for a test drive returned all good completed the paperwork paid and eventually left with the car. No pressure, very helpful and now after a few days I am more than pleased with my car!

Salesman was very helpful, from the moment I went in, to collecting my car. So far car is all good, but also feel any issues would be solved no problem.

Purchase went smoothly despite having to deal with three different salesmen before deal was completed.

A recent car purchase issue from Motorpoint Swansea was dealt with quickly and efficiently by one of their post sales team (Leasha). Unknowingly to both myself and Motorpoint staff the car came without its SatNav SD card. A couple of emails and a phone call later the issue was resolved. Happy me, happy car

When we arrived we dealt with Jamie Jones. We had previously met Jamie after my wife was looking for an EV. Jamie was very polite and knowledgeable, and didn't give us the hard sell. He asked what we were looking for and and gave us the keys to the cars to sit in them before being allowed to test drive our cars of choice. We decided to buy a Mégane E-Tech and the process couldn't have been smother. I also got a much better price for my part exchange than other local dealers.

We were told to visit Motorpoint as few people we know went there and came home satisfied and happy. The process was smooth, Joe was really helpful and professional and I can say he went above and beyond. Easy to find car I wanted, put deposit down to hold the car so I could view it at weekend, told if I didn't like it, deposit could be transferred to another car or, refunded if I couldn't find what I was looking for. Ryan was the staff member I dealt with, he was friendly, helpful and happh to answer any questions. He scheduled a half hour slot for test driving, whilst he viewed my part ex, Very pleased to be able to test drive it alone, as more comfortable being able to see how the car drove, features etc....

I purchased the car on finance, only regret was I hadn't noticed mileage allowance per year was 6,000 - last car purchased there had allowance of 8,000 per year, which suited me better as I commute to work and hadn't gone over the 8,000 limit but 6,000 is very low.

Other than that I'm very happy with the car, only one negative - it doesn't have a cd player like my last one, I love my music and have most of it on cd's. Can play from my phone but not a large variety like cd's

Staff are friendly & helpful welcomed at reception, had a coffee whilst I went through paperwork, showroom is roomy, light and modern. Good selection of cars, to suit all tastes.
