No concerns, had the car moved up from Derby, assistant kept in contact and kept me up to date throughout. If I’m being picky, on collection the car was outside in the rain sandwiched between 2 cars, loads of space inside at the collection point which would of made the collection more personal and a chance to view the car in the correct light

Extended warranty is a complete rip…
Extended warranty is a complete rip off. Only had car 7 months paid £1200 for 4 year warranty. Rang to cancel as no longer have car to be told you are not entitled to any refund as per the clause in the policy after 30 days. A policy which we have never even received from them as we would have cancelled before 30 days! Will never use Motorpoint again.

Friendly, honest and open attitude.
When I first walked into the showroom I was met by Kate Smith. She immediately offered help in finding a car type I was after and had a really friendly approach, miles away from the hard-sell attitude that you sometimes are faced with. My wife followed me in with our dog Harvey (she waited outside initially thinking dogs weren't allowed in) and Kate made us all feel welcome. After carrying out a search, Kate found us a car that we were exactly looking for and within a very short time and with lots of friendly banter, Kate had literally sorted everything and we could collect the car the following day!
From the very first conversation with Kate, it was like we'd known her for years because of her open, honest and really friendly personality but also importantly, her professional knowledge and speed of sorting everything for us.
