Lee the salesperson was excellent throughout the process. I couldn’t fault his professionalism and commitment. It would have been 5 stars but I dropped one star as the PDI could have been better. Externally it was flawless but internally it would have benefitted from another 10 minutes with the hoover.

Excellent part exchange valuation, professional and courteous staff from the initial call to picking up my purchased vehicle. This is the first time I have purchased through Motorpoint… very happy with the service I received. We needed to downsides our car as needs had changed. Jack our sales assistant from motorpoint helped us, looked at all our options and a car that my husband could easily get in and out of. Wasn't shown around the vehicle correctly or shown how to use the incar entertainment system, ie folding mirrors,phone connections etc.. damage to the rear seats after taking parcel shelf out. Just not a very good handover. "Rushed"
