We are sorry to hear of your negative experience with our auto-renewal process and for any frustration caused by the payment collection.
As part of our renewal process, we email customers in advance to notify them of their renewal and ask them to review their renewal quote and any relevant documents.
The renewal notice also explains that if you do not wish to continue your cover, you should contact us before the renewal date. If we do not hear from you, payment is automatically collected seven days before renewal to ensure your cover continues without interruption.
We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused. Should you wish to discuss this further please contact us via our website and we will be happy to assist.

Insurance at a good price and able to talk to a real person!
I spoke to David Matheson and he was very efficient and polite while he set up my car insurance over the phone at a very reasonable price. It was so nice to talk to a person for answers to a couple of queries I had. I had in fact tried to ask similar questions with another insurance company but firstly frustrated having to converse with AI and then an online chat with an agent left me none the wiser about their policy details.
Thank you for still employing real people. I do hope if I need to make a claim on my insurance this company will be as helpful as they were in setting the policy up.
