Misleading and false information
Misleading and false information, lead to myself being financially out of pocket, the calls to try and resolve were so stressful, that in the end I cut my losses and left. One of the worst experiences I've had. But glad to have learned a lesson.

i was told by the sales man that my…
i was told by the sales man that my cards would be free no charges, but looking at my invoice there are charges for items i didn’t sign up for,
it would be easy and honest just to tell the customer that you will charge them, We will know from the outset that there will be charges in my account in future,

We have been with Motia for a few years…
We have been with Motia for a few years now. Benjamin Uttley who looks after our account is great he is always on hand for any advice or queries which are always dealt with quickly and efficiently we had a couple of minor issues whilst he was away and started looking into alterative providers. But on his return he resolved all issues for us so we have now decided to stay with Motia.

We were using another fuel card…
We were using another fuel card supplier, but were not happy with either their pricing or the service we were getting. Having been approached by Motia, we decided to switch to them, and immediately started saving fuel costs over our previous supplier.
Our previous supplier have now dropped their prices to try to entice us back, but although they are sometimes fractionally cheaper week to week, we have decided to stick with Motia because of the vastly superior service which is worth more to us than saving a few pennies a week. A couple of minor issues we have had with Motia have been sorted very quickly and with good communication which to me leads to good business partnerships.
