Excellent Service
We are an established customer with Motia. Toby White who manages our account is always on hand for any advice or queries which are always dealt with efficiently. When i have been directed to anyone else within the team i also find them informative and helpful. I would have no hesitation in recommending Motia.

New fast fuel card never worked,contacted customer service was on hold for over 1 hour then put in a support ticket no reply for over 48hrs

Falsely took over £650+vat from us
Sold us 3 different fuel cards for each driver; explicitly sating that would be no fees or costs with this cards.
Took over £650+vat from us via direct debit.
They have acknowledged their mistake and accept they should not have taken the money and have said we will get it back but months have passed and still nothing other than a lot of excuses and apologies.

Motia Fuel Cards.
Kristopher has been extremely helpful and efficient through the whole transition for me from another fuel company to Motia.
The only issue is that the fuel cards seem to prefer to go to our accountants office instead of to myself where they need to be even though I stress this point with every order.
