decent fuel prices
decent fuel prices, notified on a Friday for the following week price, the fuel cards are great if you use a lot of fuel, card costs aren't great

worst company...not helpful at all
worst company...not helpful at all. you fuel and then you have to put money back within 6daya including from the day you fuel. i woke up with extra charges and if by any chance you miss a payment they will add£60 charge saying oh it was in the invoice. there are no explanations on the invoice or a breakdown. i had this card for a few months but it was a nightmare. i had to always call and inquire as not full info been disclosed when i ve done my card. C02 certificate charge for £75? i called they said oh it was optional. then why you charge me??no thank you..i am extremely dissatisfied.

The customer service was helpful but
The customer service was helpful but I was sent paperwork which didn't have my username on. I therefore couldn't set my account up.So a phone call was required. I have also not received a price of fuel for next week as I am supposed to have had.on every Friday afternoon.
