I've been using Motia fuel cards for my transport business and have had a great experience so far. The fuel card is easy to use, reliable, and helps manage fuel expenses efficiently.
I would especially like to thank Safina Mohammad for her excellent customer service. She has always been professional, friendly, and quick to respond whenever I needed assistance. Her support has made the whole process simple and stress-free.

When you try to call Motia the phone rearly ever gets answered
When you try to call Motia, the phone is never answered and eventually cuts you off. Also Brendon never returns phone calls or replies to emails with queries.

6p surcharge per litre if using shell…
6p surcharge per litre if using shell card , at motorway services. There was no mention of this prior, until I got my invoice and did the numbers. I didn't get charged this with same card with my previous fuel card company.

£10.80 started being taken from my account without approval every month and when I asked why they said I did opt out Legal Roadside Cover . I bloody well didn’t opt in the first place I’ve constantly been asking for a refund but seems to be falling on
deaf ears. Legal proceedings might
get them listening as it’s not the money but the audacity this company has .
