I’ve had a great experience with motia so far, and I can’t thank amberleigh enough for all her help through the process. Shes been extremely helpful, professional and easy to communicate with. Fantastic experience from start to finish in having a camera & tracker installed !
The communication regards installation date, location etc. was first class on from Motia, whilst the fitter, Carl, was brilliant.
He explained each step of the way what he was doing, and why, whilst also taking extreme care with my car.
Would one million percent recommend both Motia and their chosen installation partners.

So far our experience with Motia has been great - Jordan Saddique has been a massive help. Any queries were answered promptly and helped massively with setting up our cards.
Our price has remained competitive with other providers.

Motia are great company to work with, we have multiple fuel cards and they are usually either the cheapest or not far off, so 1 call to our account manager Warren usually gets them down to cheapest. I would highly recommend

Received an invoice with an annual card…
Received an invoice with an annual card fee attached.
So I closed my account and asked for the charge to be removed. They refused as "I'd used the card after the charge"
I only found out about the charge on my statement and not given notice of the fee.
So, I'll have my day in court as I'm not paying it.
Pity as I'd been an account holder for years with no issue before this.

Sounds great when you sign up and for the first few weeks then the price hikes up, generally higher than the pump price.

Yesterday (10/9/26) I called and spoke…
Yesterday (10/9/26) I called and spoke the the lovely Louise.
I had a few enquiries and was at the end of my tether because my accounts were not matching the reports and the reports were not showing gross value etc.
Well after me having. Good old moan I can safely say Louise has put my fears aside and instead of cancelling I am giving my fuel card another go.
Thank you Louise.
Not only did you cheer me up after a long day with receipts (which is my pet peeve for a small one person business) but we had a good chat and a laugh as well
