Great customer service is the true test…
Great customer service is the true test of a good company. Ordered mosaics which were from a different batch to my sample and the colour match wasn't great. However, the customer service to resolve the issue has been exceptional. Would recommend

I ordered a sample of a tile I liked…
I ordered a sample of a tile I liked and it came really quickly. I loved it so ordered the full amount we needed for our en suite bathroom project and they were delivered really promptly too. I'm really delighted with them.

Absolutely beautiful tiles
Absolutely beautiful tiles, used as border tiles in my newly done bathroom!
I bought both the mosaic and the brick Borealis blue tiles, and used them with white Metro tiles. The result is stunning - the lovely glisten from the Borealis effect is just amazing.
Very happy with my choice of tiles, and I must say 'thank you' to Mosaic Village for despatching my order so quickly. I placed an order a while ago, then decided I wanted 2 border lines, so placed a further order. Both arrived either next day or within 2 days. Excellent service, which is why I gave them 5 stars. Their enquiry staff are also second to none, so helpful. I would recommend Mosaic Village to everyone, tiles are so beautiful, and service just brilliant. I was going to attach a photo of my new bathroom, but the review system doesn't allow for that.... I am so happy with my tiles, I really wanted to show them off!
