Engineer turned up on time explained who he was and that he was here to service the boiler as agreed. Explained the whole process from start to finish gave a running commentary completed the service left the cupboard clean and tidy what more do you need spot on service.

Came when said they would. Did job without fuss. No issues.

Arrived at time and date when stated, staff worked tirelessly and did a fantastic job would recommend to anyone who wants a new bathroom.

An appointment was easy to make, the engineer arrived on the day at the agreed time. He was friendly and polite and carried out the boiler service efficiently.

Engineer came when arranged attempted to fix boiler but needed new parts! Ordered new parts ang got call from company to say parts were in and arranged a date to fit parts!
