Amazing experience, highly recommend Nathan Wadmore
Had an absolutely amazing experience with our mortgage advisor Nathan Wadmore. He really took his time to explain the whole process to us as first-time buyers and made the whole process feel a lot less stressful. You can really see the passion he has for his job and making sure all the client's needs are met. We had a bit of a complex situation which Nathan made us feel much more at ease about and really guided us through it all from start to finish. He was always available and ready to help, he made time for last minute meetings and would send us voice-message updates regularly. We really can't recommend him enough! When it came to running through Mortgage offers and best deals Matt truly had everything we needed. He helped me and my wife select the perfect mortgage offer that suited us and at the rate which was most viable. We will definitely be coming back when our our Fixed term is coming to an end!

The Best Mortgage Advisor. That's all I can say. As a first time buyer me and my wife doesn't know anything, we dont know where to start and how to start to buy a property. But Ronnie helped us in everything, he patiently explain to us the process and helped us in everthing we need for the mortgage application. We booked appointment with him in person so that we can ask a lot of questions about buying a house, we wanted face to face conversation becauase English is not our primary language and he patiently explained to us everthing repeatedly until we fully understand everything. We have been in the process of changing…
We have been in the process of changing over our life insurance provider for over a year now! There was a hold up due to medical information required which was frustrating as it really slowed down the process. However Ben Shields stayed committed in getting the policy through for us. Outstanding service
Dave Vitler, Lisa Hogan, Natalie Powell and the whole team at Mortgage Matters were phenomenal from beginning to end with our mortgage application. It was full of ups and downs as my partner was unfortunately made redundant during the process which effected our mortgage application but the team did not give up and worked so hard in securing us a mortgage that worked for us so we did not loose the property we were purchasing. Dave’s communication was outstanding and he truly cares about his clients, always going the extra mile. Outstanding Support and Advise
Our journey of buying a home really started with Nathan at Mortgage Matters. The initial consultation with them helped us understand what we could afford and what houses we would realistically be able to search for. The team provided us with up to date mortgage rates and gave us expert advise on how to manage our finances. We just had to supply some documentation and they took care of the rest. Communication throughout the application process was outstanding, with regular progress updates and clear answer to all of our questions.
The help they provided did not just end with the mortgage application, Nathan was more than happy to give us advise on all aspects of the house buying process. When we were faced with significant delays in the sale of our property, Mortgage Matters took care of the extension of our mortgage so we would not have to worry about reapplying. Even after we had received our mortgage offer, Mortgage Matters went above and beyond to connect solicitors on all sides, while keeping Estate Agents up to date with progress. Liam was super helpful and responsive
Liam was super helpful and responsive from the get go. We felt like he had it all covered and went through all the costings with us at the first stages and it didn’t feel like there were any hidden charges or costs which we liked.
He helped us with finding the right offer price for our property and we felt like it put us in a good position to get the house we wanted.
