I bought 3 radar detectors from the useless organisation.
I received two pairs of child's swimming google in error.
After may emails asking for me to send pictures of the incorrect items. They are going to send me a courtesy package whatever that means.
They are obviously a scam company.
Do not deal with them!!
Having read the reviews, I see there is no point in trying to get a refund!
Buyer beware!!

Morgan’s wellness sold me an electronic device that does not work. I have been offered a 30% refund., or send it to the manufacturer in China at my expense for a full refund. From past experience there would be no refund.
This is illegal, but contacting citizens advice is also a hopeless pursuit, far too many barriers to cross.
Morgan’s customer care/service I would grade as -10.
Do not buy from them.

Radar Shield Gave the impression it was based in UK with the union flag on ad. looked as though it came from Thailand, took 6 weeks to arrive load of cheap tat.stay well clear of this company.Asked for refund but ignored my request

Bought a car radar alert device off them after sending lots of email replies to them on how not fit for purpose it was all I get back are pathetic emails back. I have asked for a refund several times. They obviously buy very cheap imported rubbish not worth £5 steerclear of this company.

Terrible company rader detector doest work at all they refuse to give ypu the money back i suggest fisrtly never buy from this company pure scammers and if you do dont give up pursue and spread the word i have contacted trading standards and my bank with regards to them

The speed detector unit is a total scam. When you complain it does not work, after many emails you will get an offer of 20% discount or the option to send it back to China at your expense.

Worst thing I've ever bought. English very poor and not saying where radar is. How do I get my money back or do I just throw it in the dust bin when I got it

A total waste of money cheap chinese rublish do not buy i certainly would not trust it to detect anything i have asked for full refund. Why do these companies keep going facebook should take them off the site

Same as most of the reviews they offer you a 20% refund which they know will accept because it cost more then the product to send it back to them. So i guess all we can do is make sure with reviews that noone else buy this shit cheap product from them. The site needs reporting to trading standards to put the end to Chinese companies ripping off the good english people. I will never spend another penny with this rip off company DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM the company is MORGANS WELLNESS AVOID

Same story as everyone else exactly, I smelled a rat when the radar took over 2 weeks to arrive with transit updates every few days. This item then arrived with a UK sending address Edward Unit 5 Nexus, Central Way Feltham London. TW14 OAF. countless emails and was offered 20% refund. It did say on the website 100% refund if not fully delighted. I now know why it took so long to arrive. By doing this it created space for them to sell as many on Facebook without anyone complaining.

Bought a speed radar camera, doesn't work it says in the add 100%refund they won't refund only offered 10% back what a rip off company

If I could score zero it would be to high. The online stated it was a UK company. 8 days later still another flimsy excuse about delays en route. Will never support this company again

Do not buy the Radar detectors (speed camera detectors) ordered 3 none of them work will not give full refund sent many Emails there just not interested giving several pathetic excuses only managed to get 30% refund don,t know about there other products but i would stay well clear

GOODS ARRIVED OK but instructions of using radar tracking in chinese thought I had got the device to work except chinese women kept giving messages which I did not understand decided to adk for a refund given two options return item to China or accept 20% refund

I wish I’d have looked at reviews before I bought. A total con. The machine didn’t work at all. All I was offered was a 20% refund. In the end they gave me 30%z

Ordered a Radar Detector cost £29.95 ,absolute rubbish,the thing just did not work ! It failed to pick up ANY speed cameras and when I complained to MW they did not want to know and as for getting a refund I was offered a 20 % refund and keep the item.So effectively they were trying to charge me £23.96 for a chunk of WORTHLESS CHINESE CRAP !!!!!

I ordered some eye cream then read the reviews about this company and wished I hadn't bothered. But I was surprised and relieved. The order took a little while to arrive but I was kept informed of its progress at every step of its journey. It arrived well packaged and they even included a little tube of lovely handcream for free. Then emailed me again to make sure everything was OK. So well done to all of you at Morgans Wellness !

Ordered a cosmetic product from Morgans Wellness.
It arrived well packed and as described but took 20 days to arrive.
Not generally acceptable, even for a shipment from China.
